The Team Leader must be able to apply psychological care to both groups and individuals while monitoring the attendance and performance of the psychologists and coordinate the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate team of two psychologists<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize cases according to needs and vulnerabilities<\/li>\n<li>Provide a comprehensive package of Psychological Aid Services to individuals<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling and treatment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure referrals internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Identify vulnerabilities and facilitate their access to available aid.<\/li>\n<li>Provide case management for child protection and SGBV cases and liaise with competent authorities and professionals (i.e., doctors, public prosecutors) as required.<\/li>\n<li>Represent team in external and internal meetings and working groups.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties, related to the basic job description as requested by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Database and case-related info management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registering cases to the database and maintaining appropriate records<\/li>\n<li>Complete brief and full psychological history intake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Networking and collaboration: \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cultivate and maintain an active collaboration link with other psycho\u2013social services NGOs and Governmental Actors within the scope of the project.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure the provision of high-quality reports on activities, indicators, and achievements within the established framework (narrative and statistics)\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential<\/strong><strong>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Psychology<\/li>\n<li>Psychologist Permission of Work<\/li>\n<li>3 years experience in Relevant Position (at least 6 months in project serving refugees and migrants population)<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local or international NGOs, as well as Civil Society organizations or initiatives will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Refugee and Migration Issues<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and willingness to promote gender equality and understand different vulnerabilities, needs, and capacities of men, women, boys, and girls<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of psychological needs and issues for survivors of Gender-based Violence<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of protection principles and humanitarian framework<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural setting<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Cultural Awareness and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate &amp; numerate<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and efficient<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal &amp; communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Native in Greek<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Desired\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field working experience<\/li>\n<li>Specific studies and or proven engagement in Human Rights Projects<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local and international NGOs and supervising psychological teams will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the French language (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit in a single document their Resume\/CV with an introductory text in English to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a> by\u00a0<strong><u>May 12<sup>th<\/sup>, 2021<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cTeam Leader &#8211; Psychologist\u00a0 \u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
