He\/She will interact with beneficiaries, staff and visitors in person or via email\/phone.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides administrative support in order to ensure the Center\u2019s smooth daily operation.<\/li>\n<li>Provides information about the Center and the programme to beneficiaries as required.<\/li>\n<li>Meets and greets beneficiaries and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li>Books appointments and manages the Center\u2019s daily\/ weekly\/ monthly calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Handles correspondence (phone\/ email\/ fax\/ post).<\/li>\n<li>Handles communication with beneficiaries and staff of the ILC.<\/li>\n<li>Updates and maintains contact lists.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains effective filing systems, both electronically and hard-copy.<\/li>\n<li>Collects, organizes and provides to the ILC Coordinator all the data required by the stakeholder.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the reception area is kept neat and tidy.<\/li>\n<li>Undertakes any other tasks requested by the ILC Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Humanities, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, Education and\/or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar position, preferably in the NGO\/humanitarian and\/or Education and\/or client-oriented services.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, in person and over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of successful administrative support in a fast-paced working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek or English <strong>and<\/strong> Arabic or Farsi<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, ownership and excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint , Word and Microsoft Teams business software.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in managing multiple tasks, with a problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Cross cultural awareness and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"mailto:thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org\"><em>thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/em><\/a> <em>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cIntegration Learning Center (ILC) Front Desk Administrator _Thessaloniki\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
