{"id":11332,"date":"2022-03-09T09:03:22","date_gmt":"2022-03-09T09:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=11332"},"modified":"2022-03-09T09:03:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-09T09:03:22","slug":"human-resources-officer-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/human-resources-officer-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Starting Date:<\/strong>\u00a0ASAP<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong>\u00a0 Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child Safeguarding Policy:\u00a0<\/strong>Level 1 \u2013 The job holder does not have regular contact with children<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Overview<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job holder is expected to provide support in various human resources functions, which include administrative tasks on relevant issues, recruitment, and provide employees with necessary information.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities and Duties<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the HR department\u2019s day-to-day operation.<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting and auditing procedures for all HR- related issues<\/li>\n<li>Support all departments on HR-related issues (e.g. Finance\/Accounting, Programmes departments)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update personnel documents and records (e.g. employees\u2019 personal documents, contracts, payroll receipts etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Register annual leaves<\/li>\n<li>Prepare job offers and communicate with the selected candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Upload new hirings, modifications, shifts, remote-work programs to ERGANI platform.<\/li>\n<li>Provide employees with all necessary information regarding HR policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy<\/li>\n<li>Filing<\/li>\n<li>Ad hoc tasks, as per request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably holder of a Bachelors\u2019 degree in Business Administration\/Human Resources Management\/Social Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar position for at least one (1) year.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with PYLON (by Epsilon Net) software.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of labor legislation is highly desired.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English language.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal &amp; communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Sound work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized and efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills (MS Office).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cHuman Resources Officer_Athens\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
