The role of the ILC Assistant involves a great deal of multitasking.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the coordinator on a daily basis, in order to ensure the smooth ILC operation<\/li>\n<li>Schedules events\/ classes\/ meetings etc.<\/li>\n<li>Collects the necessary data for the goals of the project (e.g. student attendance) and cooperates with all the relevant specializations (educators, front desk administrator, ILC Coordinator)<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains effective filing systems, both electronically and hard-copy<\/li>\n<li>Communication with beneficiaries and provision of information about the integration courses.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the beneficiaries regarding their requests<\/li>\n<li>Updates the ILC databases<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the maintenance &amp; purchases, storage &amp; safety of the premises in collaboration with the ILC Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Undertakes any other tasks requested by the ILC Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Humanities, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, Education and\/or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar position, preferably in the NGO\/humanitarian and\/or Education and\/or client-oriented services.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, in person and over the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of successful administrative support in a fast-paced working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, ownership and excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word business software and Microsoft Teams application.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in managing multiple tasks, with a problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Cross cultural awareness and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to <a href=\"mailto:thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject <strong>\u201cILC Assistant_ Ioannina\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
