{"id":13541,"date":"2023-07-21T14:21:24","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T14:21:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=13541"},"modified":"2023-08-16T07:01:49","modified_gmt":"2023-08-16T07:01:49","slug":"athens-solidarity-center-asc-reception-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/athens-solidarity-center-asc-reception-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"ATHENS SOLIDARITY CENTER (ASC) RECEPTION MANAGER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Starting Date: <\/strong>ASAP<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status: <\/strong>Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child Safeguarding Policy: <\/strong>Level 3 \u2013 The job holder will have regular contact with children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports To: <\/strong>ASC Coordinator<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcomes beneficiaries in a professional and friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li>Greet beneficiaries, sharing information about the ASC, the services provided, and the process required to access them.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information and referrals about complementary services provided outside the ASC.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the proper registration of beneficiaries in accordance with ASC operating system (issuing cards, managing database, ensuring GDPR process is adhered to).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate scheduling of appointments, ensuring the prioritization of vulnerable cases.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to incoming calls, shares information, takes messages etc.<\/li>\n<li>Lead biannual mapping of organizations supporting ASC beneficiary groups to assist referral process.<\/li>\n<li>Directly supervise the Reception Officer and ASC interpreters, including scheduling and performance evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>In coordination with the ASC team, ensure that beneficiaries feel comfortable and safe to share their concerns freely.<\/li>\n<li>Respect the SN code of conduct, with an emphasis on confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Support the operationalization of the Complaints Response and Feedback Mechanism in collaboration with SN\u2019s Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative and logistics tasks to support the daily operation of the ASC.<\/li>\n<li>Support the organisation of events and meetings at the ASC.<\/li>\n<li>Other position-related responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University or advanced education degree.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Humanitarian field in Greece.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word business software.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English.
