She\/he will multitask, perform vigorous follow-up and get directly involved in the implementation of different activities related to the beneficiaries of the project, as well as the supervision and capacity-building of the teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generic responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plans, coordinates and designs curricula for the educational project; researches and defines educational goals, objectives, and methodologies to meet program goals<\/li>\n<li>Provides guidance, training and capacity building to the teams of SN educators, and partners across Greece; collects best practices emerging from the field, and disseminates accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Determines formats and approaches to achieve the educational project objectives; defines needs of target population; researches trends at the national and state level, as appropriate to the position<\/li>\n<li>Oversees educational activities, to meet the requirements of the donor and the project\u2019s targets<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the activities and the results achieved against the project indicators, in collaboration with Project Coordinator, Project Area Managers and MEAL Manager<\/li>\n<li>Participates in educational working groups, meetings with donor and other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the development and\/or revision of the project proposal; prepares reports and papers as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the development of educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, etc., as appropriate to the project<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other tasks related to the implementation of the educational aspect of project as requested by the Project Coordinator or the Project Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (preferably Master\u2019s or PhD) from an accredited academic institution in Education, with a specialization in refugee education.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in relevant position.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in working with migrant\/refugee population.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of academic and\/or vocational education curricula.<\/li>\n<li>Program planning and implementation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the educational environment in Greece.
