{"id":14901,"date":"2024-06-26T14:43:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-26T14:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=14901"},"modified":"2024-06-26T14:44:29","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T14:44:29","slug":"reception-officer-thessaloniki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/reception-officer-thessaloniki\/","title":{"rendered":"RECEPTION OFFICER-THESSALONIKI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting Date: ASAP<\/p>\n<p>Status: Full Time\/Fixed-term<\/p>\n<p>Child Safeguarding Policy: Level 3 \u2013 Job holder will have regular contact with children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports To: BRC Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Overview<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The postholder is responsible for welcoming beneficiaries to the center and facilitating access to the BRC staff and services.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcomes beneficiaries in a professional and friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li>Greet beneficiaries, sharing information about BRC, the services provided, and the process required to access them.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information and referrals about complementary services provided outside BRC.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the proper registration of beneficiaries in accordance with BRC operating system (issuing cards, managing database, ensuring GDPR process is adhered to).<\/li>\n<li>Responds to incoming calls, shares information, takes messages etc.<\/li>\n<li>In coordination with the BRC personnel, ensure that beneficiaries feel comfortable and safe to share their concerns freely.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative and logistics tasks to support the daily operation of the BRC.<\/li>\n<li>Other position-related responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University or advanced education degree.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Humanitarian field in Greece.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English.
