In addition, should be able to contribute to the identification of most vulnerable in cooperation with Professional Aid Workers (Psychologists, Lawyers, Social Workers).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the development and ownership of the SolidarityNow regional strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the activities implemented in the region (e.g. capacity building) are in alignment with PPA.<\/li>\n<li>Work with existing coordination systems to promote child protection and protection of the general refugee population.<\/li>\n<li>Participate and potentially lead regular meetings of the regional sub-working groups.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective regional administration of the project are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Document good practice and innovations, and ensure information management on regional level.<\/li>\n<li>Support the coordination of field teams and assist\u00a0in the weekly planning of their activities\u00a0according to the needs.<\/li>\n<li>Reports to the project manager of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one (1) year of experience in NGO Providing Humanitarian Aid<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the European Asylum System<\/li>\n<li>Aware of the prevalence and nature of violence and abuse against children and the threat it poses to all development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate &amp; numerate<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and efficient<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal &amp; communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Very good Computer Skills and online tools (google drive, time management software etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Greek and English<\/li>\n<li>As the focal point for Field Offices, to be accountable for the correct and consistent application of policies and procedures.
