Under the guidance of the Employability Services Coordinator, s\/he will multitask, perform vigorous follow-up and get directly involved in the implementation of different employability activities related to the beneficiaries of the project.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a diverse portfolio of cases to employment, job matching and career management service.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information, advices and guidance to the POCs (women of disadvantaged background) on key knowledge areas including; CVs, Job searching, Interview skills Coaching and Training\/Education, to enhance current and future employability.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and understand current employment context and related opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Use labor market information to research and build additional relationships with employers, creating further employment opportunities appropriate to the needs of the POCs (women of disadvantaged background) base.<\/li>\n<li>Job match POCs (women of disadvantaged background) with vacancies and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a record system, case notes and other electronic files to a high standard to ensure high quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Closely collaborate with SN employability services to improve the percentage of successful employment matches of SN employability services<\/li>\n<li>Participate in, and organize, events and activities (e.g., job fairs)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct group session related to accessing the labor market, with a focus on women of disadvantaged background<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential skills &amp; Attributes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Humanities\/Psychology\/Sociology\/Political Sciences or Economics<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years experience providing career and employment-based case-managed services<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in collaborating with individuals of disadvantaged backgrounds, especially women<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge and understanding of labor law and work conditions in Greece<\/li>\n<li>Well organized, structured and self-disciplined, with excellent time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Very strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented and able to work autonomously<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Greek and English (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Desirable Skills &amp; Attributes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education in the career development, vocational counselling<\/li>\n<li>Excellent case management skills to deliver a quality service to a large total caseload<\/li>\n<li>Experience of employment support for women with other vulnerabilities (mental health, victims of GBV and trafficking, immigrant and refugees, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with NGO environment practices<\/li>\n<li>French is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cASC EMPLOYABILITY FEMALE SUPPORT OFFICER _ Athens\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
