She facilitates access and ensures overall smooth functioning of the space; she conducts tailored psychosocial activities, identifies protection needs and works with other team members in providing support (including referrals); she encourages the participation of women and girls in group and individual activities (including awareness-raising on SGBV issues, among other themes, and skills-building sessions), so as to facilitate their overall integration and wellbeing of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a safe and welcoming environment for female beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comfortable and safe environment where women and girls can participate in psychosocial activities and receive appropriate support, including services for toddlers with their mothers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and implements structured activities for women, girls and mother-child, including the design of weekly schedules and timetables, through a participatory approach, tailored to their needs, skills and cultural diversities<\/li>\n<li>Identifies protection and other support needs and refers them to respective colleagues or\/and other service providers<\/li>\n<li>Carries out awareness raising sessions focusing on gender issues\/GBV, Health\/Hygiene, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Skills-building etc. Other group activities may include informal trainings, group discussions, information-sharing, art therapy, leisure time activities, playtime etc.<\/li>\n<li>Carries out community mobilization around the FFS by disseminating clear messages on its role and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with other service providers onsite and follows referral pathways, upon consent of the beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Keeps accurate attendance records and reports in a timely manner, following respective deadlines and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Farsi, Arabic or\/and French Language.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably holder of a bachelor\u2019s degree in Humanitarian\/Social\/ Psychology Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly women and girls.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of female-related issues and gender dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence on issue in Greece (category B) and at least 3 years of driving experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment.<\/li>\n<li>Sound work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized and efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English language (both written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to<\/p>\n<p><strong><a id=\"menur1pk\" class=\"fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn\" title=\"mailto:thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org\" href=\"mailto:thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Link thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">thes-recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cFFS Facilitator_ Thessaloniki Roving\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
