Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Supervise, coordinate, and guide the ASC Employability Team.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Organise and coordinate employability activities (focus groups, counselling sessions, presentations).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide employability support, job matching, and career management advice to individuals from vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide input in the design of new programmes relating to employability.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide information and capacity development to individuals, tailored to their profile and career goals (including basic IT skills, interview and presentation skills, soft-skills development, CV building, job searching, contextual information related to the Greek labour market, etc.).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Analyse and understand the current employment context and related opportunities.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Use labour market information to establish partnerships and collaborations with potential employers and job-seeking platforms, creating further opportunities for prospective job seekers.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Match the profile and skills of prospective job seekers to available vacancies in SN or other suitable vacancies and opportunities.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintain and encourage appropriate referral pathways with an array of stakeholders \u2013 private sector, academic\/vocational institutions, and relevant state actors.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Carry out information and training sessions with varied groups of people.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Suggest innovative activities for beneficiaries, employers, and the community, based on the context analysis.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Maintain a data management system to ensure that progress and data are documented and reported in accordance with relevant quality standards.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Prepare progress reports (narrative and quantitative).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Represent the Employability Team in external meetings and working groups.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Review workflow and provide recommendations for increased impact.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Create and maintain appropriate liaison with employers and networks of employers, and update the relevant database accordingly.<\/p>\n Required qualifications and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience in employment support, recruitment, capacity building, and\/or training.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent case management skills and track record of delivering quality services to a large pool of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Knowledge of the Greek labour market and how to navigate it to better match opportunities with the profile and skills of a candidate.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Well organised, structured, and self-disciplined, with excellent time-management skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Very strong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Good networking and relationship management skills.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Flexibility, adaptability, and innovation.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Project\/team management experience.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/p>\n \u00b7 Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal).<\/p>\n Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Education in career development, social service and\/or human service-related field.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience in employment support for people of different backgrounds.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Knowledge of employment Law.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience with and knowledge of the NGO sector in Greece.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Experience in project development.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Prior use of CRM software.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Knowledge of Arabic\/Farsi\/French or other relevant languages is desirable.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Proficient with MS Office.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Fluency in Greek and English.<\/p>\n \u00b7 Knowledge of French will be an asset.<\/p>\n
