Working closely with programme and management teams, the MEAL Manager ensures that high-quality evidence informs programme design, implementation and strategic decision-making, while promoting accountability, learning and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Data Management &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop and oversee monitoring frameworks, data collection tools and reporting systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lead the continuous improvement of data collection systems, ensuring data quality, consistency and compliance with organisational and donor requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Act as the focal point for donor-related MEAL requirements and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Accountability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SolidarityNow&#8217;s accountability systems, procedures and guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oversee the Concern Response and Feedback Mechanism (CRFM), including staff training, quality assurance and follow-up of concerns and complaints.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that accountability principles and cross-cutting themes\u2014including participation, gender, age, disability and inclusion\u2014are effectively mainstreamed across programmes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Research &amp; Evaluation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lead the design and implementation of research studies, surveys, assessments and programme evaluations, including methodology development, data collection, analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Present research findings and evaluation results to internal and external stakeholders and support evidence-based decision-making.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote organisational learning by ensuring that lessons learned and evaluation findings are integrated into programme design and implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Skill Requirements &amp; <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least five years of relevant professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Political Science, International Development or another relevant field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong understanding of NGO project cycle management and results-based management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good knowledge of the humanitarian and civil society context in Greece.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demonstrated experience leading research studies, assessments and programme evaluations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital data collection platforms (e.g. KoboToolbox). Experience with SPSS or other statistical software will be considered an asset.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience managing databases; knowledge of CRM systems is desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong analytical, organisational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
