Position: HR Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: Athens (Nationwide Travel might be requested)<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy<\/li>\n
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.<\/li>\n
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n
  • Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system<\/li>\n
  • Work alongside other departments<\/li>\n
  • Assess training needs and manage implementation of training programs<\/li>\n
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR<\/li>\n
  • Administers employees\u2019 benefits programs, such as health plan<\/li>\n
  • Coordinates Health and Safety Policy<\/li>\n
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations, in collaboration with Accounting Department.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares reports<\/li>\n
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least University degree in a related field (M.B.A or Master\u2019s degree will be considered as an asset)<\/li>\n
    • Proven working experience as HR manager for at least 10 years.<\/li>\n
    • Strong Knowledge of Payroll Procedures<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of ERGANI System<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of LAEK 0,45<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of HRM ERPS (Preferably Pylon-EpsilonNet)<\/li>\n
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n
    • People oriented, team player and results driven<\/li>\n
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
