The incumbent must be able to apply a counseling method both to groups and individuals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protection tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive package of Psychological Aid Services to the beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Providing Counseling, Guidance<\/li>\n<li>Ensure referrals internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Identify vulnerabilities and facilitate their access to available aid<\/li>\n<li>Provide case management for child protection cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with competent authorities and professionals (doctors, public prosecutor etc) in managing cases of SGBV<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage SGBV cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Case related info management<\/li>\n<li>Filling and registering all cases and actions to the reporting lists<\/li>\n<li>Brief and Full Social History taking<\/li>\n<li>Updating the hard and electronic files per case<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Psychology and Counseling.<\/li>\n<li>3 to 5 years of experience and minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in individual \/group counseling.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of English.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable qualifications and skills for all positions<\/li>\n<li>Field experience<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to help persons of concern and willingness to cooperate with counterparts.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of protection principles and humanitarian framework<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural setting<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local or international NGOs, as well as Civil Society organizations or initiatives will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to recruitment@solidaritynow.org mentioning in the email subject \u201cSN TSC Senior Psychologist\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
