Identifies and implements creative solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting field visits\/work and participating in field activities on an ad hoc basis<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other task related to the implementation of the project as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Assists the Thessaloniki team with the overall planning of assigned project\u2019s activities;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experience:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree (preferably Master\u2019s) from an accredited academic institution in Humanities, Social Science, Law, Political Sciences, International Relations or related;<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 year practical experience in humanitarian response<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Humanitarian process<\/li>\n<li>Proven understanding and experience of advocacy and policy change work within a humanitarian context<\/li>\n<li>Proven skills in networking and relationship building<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and information gathering skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and representational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work alone and on one\u2019s own initiative<\/li>\n<li>Cultural sensitivity<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of and commitment to humanitarian principles and action<\/li>\n<li>Experience with institutional donors\u2019 regulations and requirements;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to recruitment@solidaritynow.org mentioning in the email subject \u201cSN TSC Project Manager\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
