(S)he is an integral part of SN Tilos \u00a0field team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a daily balance of active\/quiet, indoor\/outdoor, and individual\/group activities<\/li>\n<li>Establish and carry out a daily activity schedule that incorporate care routines and transition times.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes equipment and materials before activities.<\/li>\n<li>Use a variety of teaching techniques including modelling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and carry out experiences that foster an understanding of a variety of cultures and value systems<\/li>\n<li>Plan and carry out joint activities that for both refugee-background and local children<\/li>\n<li>Provide experiences and play materials that actively promote diversity and acceptance in interactions and attitudes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in short and long term planning and evaluation and staff program reviews<\/li>\n<li>Learn and use the activities and skills provided to assist children in developing the necessary coping skills for addressing unique life issues<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other education professionals of the team;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Education;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work unsupervised and at flexible working schedules;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with parents, community members<\/li>\n<li>Mature and responsible attitude towards work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awareness of the cultural background of Arabic speaking populations, in the context of the current people on the move emergency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please fill send your CV and motivation letter to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a> Sunday, <strong>January 7th, 2018<\/strong>, mentioning in the email subject <strong>\u201cEducator_Tilos\u00ad\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
