{"id":4555,"date":"2017-12-27T09:29:52","date_gmt":"2017-12-27T09:29:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=4555"},"modified":"2017-12-27T09:29:52","modified_gmt":"2017-12-27T09:29:52","slug":"team-leader-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/team-leader-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Leader"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position: <\/strong><strong>Team Leader<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Tilos island (Dodecanese)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Starting Date<\/strong>: ASAP<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Child Safeguarding Policy <\/strong><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"104\"><strong>Level 2<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"449\">The job holder will have sporadic contact with children<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the field team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the day-to-day fieldwork<\/li>\n<li>Review Program related correspondence and ensure relevant parties are kept informed in coordination with the Program Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for logistics and organization during fieldwork<\/li>\n<li>Guide efforts to ensure that NGO field coordination is effective, inclusive and in line with existing policies\/approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other actors and coordinate provision of services according to needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with and maintain Program records and files, and perform routine administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sensitive data regarding beneficiaries in a secure manner.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate regular and timely field reporting, provide recommendations and address issues<\/li>\n<li>Provide a weekly and monthly- results report to the Project manager<\/li>\n<li>Participate in trainings and coordinate team members\u2019 participation in trainings<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the liaison between Project Manager and the Team<\/li>\n<li>Lead team and ensure that performance appraisal is executed and shared with the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives<\/li>\n<li>Advise and monitor team members<\/li>\n<li>Coach and help develop team members<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate problem solving and collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor and or Masters in a related field, humanitarian or social\/political sciences, legal studies<\/li>\n<li>Team coordination and managerial duties<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with various stakeholders and express ideas and concepts in written and oral form.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment and willingness to work in a challenging environment and ability to produce quality work under limited guidance and supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English required;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Windows Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please fill send your CV and motivation letter to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a> Sunday, <strong>January 7th, 2018<\/strong>, mentioning in the email subject <strong>\u201cTeam Leader_Tilos\u00ad\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
