Location: <\/strong>Thessaloniki<\/p>\n

Status Part – Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Child Safeguarding Policy <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Level 2 <\/strong><\/td>\nThe job holder will have sporadic contact with children<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Generic Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Administrative support to the SN Services.<\/li>\n
  2. Meeting and greeting beneficiaries in a warm, friendly manner.<\/li>\n
  3. Booking appointments with the SN Services.<\/li>\n
  4. Receiving and distributing mailing.<\/li>\n
  5. Screening, answering and forwarding calls.<\/li>\n
  6. Communication with beneficiaries, SN employees and\/or other organizations when needed.<\/li>\n
  7. Support and assistance activities, events and meetings at the Solidarity Center.<\/li>\n
  8. Update and maintain updated contact lists.<\/li>\n
  9. Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and hardcopy.<\/li>\n
  10. Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy.<\/li>\n
  11. Support the operation at the reception.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. University Degree in Humanities, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, and\/or related field.<\/li>\n
    2. Experience in working with NGOs and\/or client-oriented services.<\/li>\n
    3. Native in Greek and fluent in English is necessary.<\/li>\n
    4. High computer literacy.<\/li>\n
    5. Field experience working with refugees\/migrants and\/or other vulnerable groups.<\/li>\n
    6. Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n
    7. Being patient.<\/li>\n
    8. Energetic, enthusiastic and able to motivate others.<\/li>\n
    9. Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n
    10. Strong prioritization and organization skills.<\/li>\n
    11. Ability to handle confidential information.<\/li>\n
    12. Ability to multitask.<\/li>\n
    13. Ability to be a good communicator, to listen carefully to beneficiaries\u2019 questions and requests.<\/li>\n
    14. Team work.<\/li>\n
    15. Problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Desired<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Knowledge of French, Arabic, Farsi will be an advantage<\/p>\n
