Position: Accompaniment Focal point <\/strong><\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Accompaniment of beneficiaries to services when necessary and agreed by Line Manager, to facilitate personal needs and identify critical gaps in the response and provision of services<\/li>\n
  • Provide assistance and support to SN beneficiaries<\/li>\n
  • Work proactively and effectively with SN groups to maximize the benefits for refugees in relation to prevention and response<\/li>\n
  • Participate in the development of current and emerging GBV protocols, processes, referral pathways, standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Project Coordinators and SN Legal team to assist in advocacy outcomes<\/li>\n
  • Proactively provide alternate course of action and contingency plans if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Academic degree in social work, psychologists, Gender studies, or other related field<\/li>\n
    • Experience in relevant context<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated experience in social work and psychosocial projects<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work well with a cross-cultural team including interpreters<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to strict deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Excellent use (both oral & written) of the Greek and the English language<\/li>\n
    • Very good understanding of human rights, global poverty & development issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
