The Team Leader must be able to apply psychological care to both groups and individuals, while monitoring attendance and performance of the psychologists and coordinate the team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position within the Organization: <\/strong>Reports to ASC Coordinator \u2013 Welfare Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate team of two psychologists<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize cases according to needs and vulnerabilities<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive package of Psychological Aid Services to individuals<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling and treatment<\/li>\n<li>Ensure referrals internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Identify vulnerabilities and facilitate their access to available aid<\/li>\n<li>Provide case management for child protection and SGBV cases and liaise with competent authorities and professionals (i.e., doctors, public prosecutor) as required<\/li>\n<li>Represent team in external and internal meetings and working groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform other duties, related to the basic job description as requested by the supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Data base and case related info management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registering cases to database and maintaining appropriate records<\/li>\n<li>Complete brief and full psychological history intake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Networking and collaboration: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cultivate and maintain an active collaboration link with other psycho \u2013 social services NGOs and Governmental Actors within the scope of the project<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure the provision of high-quality reports on activities, indicators and achievements within the established framework (narrative and statistics) to line manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Essential<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Psychology<\/li>\n<li>Psychologist Permission of Work<\/li>\n<li>3 years\u2019 experience in Relevant Position (at least 6 months in project serving refugees and migrants population)<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local or international NGOs, as well as Civil Society organizations or initiatives will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Refugee and Migration Issues<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and willingness to promote gender equality and understand different vulnerabilities, needs and capacities of men, women, boys and girls<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of psychological needs and issues for survivors of Gender-based Violence<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of protection principles and humanitarian framework<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multi-cultural setting<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate &amp; numerate<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and efficient<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal &amp; communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Native in Greek<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Desired<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field working experience<\/li>\n<li>Specific studies and or proven engagement in Human Rights Projects<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local and international NGOs and supervising psychological teams will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of French language (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please fill send your CV and motivation letter to <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0 mentioning in the email subject <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>SN_Team Leader\u2013Psychologist_ASC<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong> by <strong>Sunday, October 14, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
