Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a reliable\u00a0Cleaner\u00a0to provide SN accommodation scheme with cleaning services as required and ensure that floor premises, offices and wherever else needed are clean and reflect a good image of living space. The Cleaner is expected to comply with SN\u00a0Code of Conduct and the national employment policies and show a high level of integrity and commitment. A keen eye for detail is highly appreciated for this position.<\/p>\n

Main Duties\/Responsibilities
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all SN premices (Floors, furniture, restrooms, etc)<\/li>\n
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all SN apartments prior to the beneficiaries arrival<\/li>\n
  • Prepare a list of cleaning and\/or kitchen supplies on bi-weekly bases or whenever needed<\/li>\n
  • Other duties as requested<\/li>\n
  • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC (Heating, Ventillation, Air Conditioning) repairs<\/li>\n
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)<\/li>\n
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • All Cleaners are required to adhere to the SN\u00a0Standards for Professional Conduct <\/u>and the national employment policies<\/li>\n
    • Adhere to the Code of Conduct every day \u2013 in the site and in the community<\/li>\n
    • Maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n
    • Previous relevant experience will be considered an asset<\/li>\n
    • Clean and organized<\/li>\n
    • Good time management<\/li>\n
    • Reliable and trustworthy<\/li>\n
    • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Friendly with a great deal of patience<\/li>\n
    • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces<\/li>\n
    • Greek language is a must<\/li>\n
    • Basic English is required. Arabic and\/or farsi is not required but will be considered an asset<\/li>\n
    • High school diploma or above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
