Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman\u2019s arsenal. The Technician is expected to be well-organized and with strong general repair skills. Compliance with SN\u00a0Code of Conduct and the national employment is necessary. A keen eye for detail is highly appreciated for this position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform maintenance and light repairs<\/li>\n<li>Capability of interior and\/or exterior painting<\/li>\n<li>Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. fix doors)<\/li>\n<li>Repair equipment or appliances if possible<\/li>\n<li>Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) repairs<\/li>\n<li>Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shovelling snow)<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report the need for major repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a handyman<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings<\/li>\n<li>Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of electrical or HVAC systems<\/li>\n<li>Good communication ability<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized and apt in problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Friendly with a great deal of patience<\/li>\n<li>The Greek language is a must<\/li>\n<li>Basic English is required.
