Job brief<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a reliable\u00a0Handyman\u00a0to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of SN buildings and appartments. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman\u2019s arsenal. The Handyman is expected to be well-organized and with strong general repair skills. Compliance with SN\u00a0Code of Conduct and the national employment. A keen eye for detail is highly appreciated for this position.<\/p>\n

Main Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Perform maintenance and light repairs<\/li>\n
  • Capability of interior and\/or exterior painting<\/li>\n
  • Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. fix doors)<\/li>\n
  • Repair equipment or appliances if possible<\/li>\n
  • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC (Heating, Ventillation, Air Conditioning) repairs<\/li>\n
  • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)<\/li>\n
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proven experience as a handyman<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential buildings<\/li>\n
    • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of electrical or HVAC systems<\/li>\n
    • Good communication ability<\/li>\n
    • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Friendly with a great deal of patience<\/li>\n
    • Greek language is a must<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
