Responsibilities and Duties
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 360 follow-up of the categories of purchases of goods and services she\/he is assigned to by the organization.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Performs market researches.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluates offers both quantitatively and qualitatively and cooperates effectively with suppliers.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiates with suppliers.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Issues invoices and purchase orders and signs Goods Receipt Notes.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Communicates internally and externally with all stakeholders (with departments requesting the purchase, lawyers, vendors\/suppliers).<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains and reviews all relevant records in a meticulous way.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensures that the cooperation between the involved departments (logistics, finance) runs efficiently: participate and follow up on a transparent procurement requests\/offer system in cooperation with HQs and other field staff.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nHard Skills
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 University Degree (any technical university degree, BA either in Supply Chain Management or in Business Administration).
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in English.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong IT skills.<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 3 years of experience preferably in an NGO context.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills:
