{"id":7754,"date":"2019-10-11T08:46:22","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T08:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=7754"},"modified":"2019-10-11T08:49:13","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T08:49:13","slug":"human-resources-officer-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/human-resources-officer-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting Date:\u00a0ASAP<\/p>\n<p>Status:\u00a0 Full Time<\/p>\n<p>Child Safeguarding Policy:\u00a0 Level 1 \u2013 The job holder does not have regular contact with children<\/p>\n<p>Reports To: Human Resources Director<\/p>\n<p><u>Job Overview<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The job holder is expected to provide support in various human resources functions, which include training needs\u2019 analysis, interns\u2019 allocation, recruitment, payroll administration, and provide employees necessary information.<\/p>\n<p><u>Main Responsibilities and Duties<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver induction sessions for new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze training needs in collaboration with Line Managers and coordinate their implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a network of volunteers and match their experience\/qualifications to the Organization\u2019s departmental needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support the HR department\u2019s day-to-day operation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update personnel documents and records.<\/li>\n<li>Manage interns and allocate them accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Staff Recruitment: develop job descriptions, prepare job ads, screen, interview and select candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in monthly payroll administration.<\/li>\n<li>Participate at the annual plan of the HR Department.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Qualifications\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably holder of a Bachelors\u2019 degree in Business Administration\/Human Resources Management\/Social Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a similar position for at least one (1) year.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity &amp; fluency with HRIS.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Greek and English language.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal &amp; communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Sound work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized and efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills (Ms Office).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Previous exposure in payroll-related processes and knowledge of labor legislation will be an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in applying, please send your CV and motivation letter to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0\u201cHuman Resources Officer_Athens\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
