{"id":8160,"date":"2020-02-07T12:46:57","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T12:46:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/?p=8160"},"modified":"2020-03-11T09:21:55","modified_gmt":"2020-03-11T09:21:55","slug":"senior-accommodation-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaritynow.org\/en\/senior-accommodation-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Accommodation Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Starting Date:<strong> ASAP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Status:<strong>\u00a0 Full Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Child Safeguarding Policy:<strong> Level 2 <\/strong>&#8211; The job holder will have sporadic contact with children<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the induction of PoCs after relevant referral<\/li>\n<li>General supervision for the smooth operation of SolidarityNow apartments and hosting structures in Athens, including educating PoCs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the close monitoring of the apartments and hosting structures.<\/li>\n<li>Keep a record and always keep update apartments\u2019 database with all the required info (record date of contract, owner bank account details, Electricity and Water account numbers and monthly costs or any other information upon supervisor request<\/li>\n<li>Making sure that all contracts have been terminated or utilities\u2019 accounts have not been expired<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Finance to initiate any payment regarding accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Planning and coordination for any technical work and maintenance of apartments in coordination with the technical staff and in line with Operations Dpt<\/li>\n<li>Administrative support and cooperation with the Financial Department and the Program Manager<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all shelter and infrastructure activities ensuring compliance with strategies and guidance provided and agreed per signed contracts<\/li>\n<li>Close and regular contact with Operations Dpt and technical staff to discuss matters relating to shelter and infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience regarding services in the field of technical support for buildings<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in NGO environment<\/li>\n<li>It skills<\/li>\n<li>Native in greek, fluent in english (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent coordination skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Practical ability<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>To be a team worker and work on your own initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates send your CV and motivation letter to\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a> not later than by\u00a0<strong><u>February 21<sup>st<\/sup> , 2020<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cSenior Accommodation Supervisor\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
