She\/he has to be positive and flexible to ensure effective organizational relations among staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Administration<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the needs of the teams in each camp, liaise and report the identified needs to the coordination team of the project<\/li>\n<li>Provide logistics and admin support for visits, meetings and workshops;<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular secretarial tasks, such as taking minutes of staff meetings, correspondence, updating general contact lists,;<\/li>\n<li>Support with escorts of vulnerable beneficiaries, as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Visiting the sites and supporting the teams in daily tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Collect and deliver receipts to the office;<\/li>\n<li>Collect and list field needs in terms of orders\u2013 follow-up on the procedure in coordination with the PM Admin Assistant \u2013 make sure to distribute items to the field;<\/li>\n<li>Undertake other tasks, per field needs;<\/li>\n<li>Handle travel authorization forms and collect time sheets;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in field trips and assessments, as requested by supervisor;<\/li>\n<li>Provides admin support relevant to labor law obligations to all refugee camps where SN staff is present;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for project\u2019s drivers\u2019 relevant admin duties (gas invoices, vouchers for drivers, tolls receipts etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of one year\u2019s\u2019 relevant work experience in social science or administration of programs, preferably in an NGO context<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Greek<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented with excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in managing multiple tasks, with a problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Driving License, independent driver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Social Science fields or management fields<\/li>\n<li>Former experience in NGO project management support function<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Refugee and Migration Issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit in a single document their Resume\/CV with an introductory text in English to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a> by\u00a0<strong><u>March 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0mentioning in the email subject\u00a0<strong>\u201cRoving Field support staff\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>SN is an equal opportunity employer.
