The lawyers team leader will monitor attendance of other lawyers from the legal team and consolidate attendance sheets. The lawyers team leader will facilitate the implementation of CARE-SN protection programme.<br \/>\n<strong>Position within the Organization: <\/strong><br \/>\nHierarchical Responsible: Welfare Service Coordinator<br \/>\nFunctioning Lines:\u00a0 Deputy Manager- Reception Coordinator, ASC Officers, Social Workers , Legal Aid Team Members, SN Accommodation Projects Staff, Implementing Partners Social Services , Team Leaders<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Legal Services Provision<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Provide individual counselling on e.g. the asylum procedure\/international protection\/refugee laws and individual rights, follow up on cases regarding the European Relocation scheme, Family Reunification, and other cases that need legal assistanceProvide legal assistance in administrative procedures regarding issuing of birth certificate, tax number, work permit and the like\\Handle the identified legal cases from the sites<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan Organize and Supervise the provision of legal consulting\/aid<\/li>\n<li>Undertake legal cases and legally represent to the court (depending on the availability of resources in this area)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure referrals internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Identify vulnerabilities and facilitate their access to available aid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Monitor attendance of other lawyers from the legal team and consolidate attendance sheets<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Data base and Case related info management<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Filling and registering all cases and actions to the DataBase<\/li>\n<li>Brief and Full Social -Legal History taking<\/li>\n<li>Updating the hard and electronic files per case<\/li>\n<li>Maintain hard and electronic files archive updated<\/li>\n<li>Perform entries in the data base system as required by the above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mentioned tasks<\/p>\n<p><strong>Networking and collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Cultivate and maintain an active collaboration link with other Social Services-NGOs and Governmental Actors within the scope of the project<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Reporting<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Monitors and consolidates information collected from weekly and staff activity reports, case management supervision records etc.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<em>Ensure the provision of high-quality reports on activities, indicators and achievements within the established framework (narrative and statistics) to the Solidarity Centre Welfare Coordinator<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Other Duties <\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Represent Team in external\u00a0 Meetings and WGs as requested by Supervisor<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Collaborate with appointed persons for CASH Support, Accommodation, in kind aid or any other additional provision available<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Work with mobile teams to provide basic outreach information on refugee legal rights to beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Participate in Field Trips and Assessments as requested and directed by Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Brief and debrief beneficiaries for running programs availability and inform for any relevant change<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties, related to the basic Job Description as requested by the Supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required qualifications and skills<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal Studies Degree<\/li>\n<li>Lawyers Permission of Work<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years working experience in practicing Law (at least 6 months in project serving refugees and migrants population)<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Refugee and Migration Law (Asylum processes, Relocation \u2013new Law)<\/li>\n<li>Cross Cultural Awareness and sensitiveness<\/li>\n<li>Awareness and ability to work with survivors of Gender-based Violence and the sensitivities and confidentiality measures that this involves.<\/li>\n<li>High professional ethics, including strict confidentiality of clients<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and willingness to promote gender equality and understand different vulnerabilities, needs and capacities of men, women, boys and girls<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate &amp; numerate<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and efficient<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal, teamworking &amp; communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Native in Greek<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field Working Experience entry points , Camps\/Temporary Settlement\u00a0 or mobile units serving refugee population<\/li>\n<li>Specific Studies or Proven \u00a0Engagement in Refugee Focused Projects (e.g Assessments, Surveys, Missions in Islands or to the borders)<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience with local or international NGOs will be considered as a strong advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Interested Candidates shall submit in a single document their Resume\/CV with an intro Text (motivation) in English: <\/em><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@solidaritynow.org\">recruitment@solidaritynow.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Both the Document and the e mail shall have as title the ASC- Job title followed by their Surname: <\/em><br \/>\n<em>E.g ASC Team Leader Lawyer &#8211;
