Position: HR Manager

Location: Athens (Nationwide Travel might be requested)

Starting Date: ASAP

Status:  Full Time


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
  • Work alongside other departments
  • Assess training needs and manage implementation of training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR
  • Administers employees’ benefits programs, such as health plan
  • Coordinates Health and Safety Policy
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations, in collaboration with Accounting Department.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings

 

Requirements

  • At least University degree in a related field (M.B.A or Master’s degree will be considered as an asset)
  • Proven working experience as HR manager for at least 10 years.
  • Strong Knowledge of Payroll Procedures
  • Knowledge of ERGANI System
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices
  • Knowledge of LAEK 0,45
  • Knowledge of HRM ERPS (Preferably Pylon-EpsilonNet)
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • People oriented, team player and results driven
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
