Κύριες αρμοδιότητες/Καθήκοντα

• Θα παρέχει νοσηλευτική φροντίδα και πρώτες βοήθειες.
• Θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την χορήγηση των φαρμάκων στους ασθενείς σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του γιατρού.
• Θα παρέχει συμβουλές και συστάσεις στους ασθενείς (προαγωγή υγείας και κανόνων υγιεινής, οδηγίες αποφυγής αφυδάτωσης).
• Θα παρακολουθεί και θα φροντίζει για την τήρηση της σωστής διαχείρισης των υγειονομικών αποβλήτων και του επιπέδου υγιεινής κατά τη διάρκεια παροχής υγειονομικών υπηρεσιών.
• Θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ταυτοποίηση των επειγόντων περιστατικών και την παραπομπή τους/συνοδεία τους στις πλησιέστερες υγειονομικές μονάδες.
• Θα υποστηρίζει τη διαλογή των περιστατικών (triage) προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί η ομαλή και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση ασθενών .
• Θα συμβάλει στην προσπάθεια παραπομπής και συνοδείας των ασθενών στις τοπικές δομές υγείας.
• Θα οργανώσει τις παραγγελίες βασικού φαρμακείου και θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την ανανέωσή του.
• Θα βρίσκεται σε επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό της ομάδας στην οποία και συμμετέχει ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η ομαλή παρακολούθηση των φιλοξενουμένων.
• Θα διοργανώνει και θα προάγει την επικοινωνία μηνυμάτων σχετικά με τη δημόσια υγεία των φιλοξενουμένων σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα έργου και τον συντονιστή πεδίου.
• Θα σέβεται τον κανονισμό δεοντολογίας του οργανισμού, ειδικά σε ό,τι αφορά την παιδική προστασία και την αρχή της εμπιστευτικότητας
• Θα αναλαμβάνει επιπλέον καθήκοντα, όπου κρίνεται απαραίτητο.

 Προϋποθέσεις

• Πτυχίο νοσηλευτικής (ΠΕ, ΤΕ, ΔΕ)
• Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους ως νοσηλευτή
• Προϋπηρεσία με ευπαθείς κοινωνικές ομάδες, και ειδικά με την παιδική προστασία ή την προστασία των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων ή των προσφύγων και αιτούντων άσυλο επιθυμητή

The Procurement / Logistics Officer is expected to support the necessary processes which are related to the administrative, logistics or supply aspects for programs organized or supported by SolidarityNow.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organization’s official Buyer, purchasing goods and services according to internal Procurement Policies and Procedures
• Assists in all administrative and logistic aspects of SolidarityNow projects
• 360 follow-up of the categories of purchases of goods and services she/he is assigned to by the organization.
• Performs market researches.
• Evaluates offers both quantitatively and qualitatively and cooperates effectively with suppliers.
• Negotiates with suppliers.
• Issues invoices and purchase orders and signs Goods Receipt Notes.

Job Overview

The Female Friendly Space Facilitator acts as the coordinator of the space for women and girls. She facilitates access and ensures overall smooth functioning of the space; she conducts tailored psychosocial activities, identifies protection needs and works with other team members in providing support (including counseling and referrals); she encourages the participation of women and girls in group and individual activities (including awareness-raising on SGBV issues, among other themes, and skills-building sessions), so as to facilitate their overall integration and wellbeing in Greece.

Generic responsibilities

• Maintains a comfortable and safe environment where women and girls can participate in psychosocial activities and receive appropriate support, while also including toddlers with their mothers in the services provided
• Prepares and implements structured activities for women, girls and mother-child, including the design of weekly schedules and timetables, through a participatory approach, tailored to their needs, skills and cultural diversities
• Identifies protection and other support needs and refers them to respective colleagues or/and other service providers
• In coordination with the team’s social scientists, assists in case management and provision of psychosocial support to vulnerable women and girls
• Carries out awareness raising sessions focusing on gender issues/GBV, Health/Hygiene, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Skills-building etc. Other group activities may include informal trainings, counselling, discussions, information-sharing, art therapy, playtime etc.

• Διενέργεια επισκέψεων νυχτερινής εποπτείας των διαμερισμάτων ορισμένες ημέρες ανά εβδομάδα

• Παρακολούθηση της κατάστασης των διαμερισμάτων, και ενημέρωση του Συντονιστή Μονάδας για ανάγκες επισκευών/συντηρήσεων

Πολιτική παιδικής προστασίας: Επίπεδο 3 – Ο εργαζόμενος θα έχει συχνή επαφή με παιδιά

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες/Καθήκοντα

• Εκτέλεση καθηκόντων διερμηνέα στο πλαίσιο λειτουργίας μίας μονάδας ημιαυτόνομης διαβίωσης σε εποπτευόμενα διαμερίσματα για ασυνόδευτα παιδιά 16-17 ετών
• Παροχή ακριβούς και ποιοτικής προφορικής διερμηνείας, εξυπηρετώντας τις ανάγκες επικοινωνίας των φιλοξενούμενων παιδιών
• Γραπτή μετάφραση των εγγράφων του προγράμματος, όπως και άλλων εγγράφων που είναι απαραίτητα για τη διαχείριση των υποθέσεων των παιδιών
• Καθημερινή επαφή με τα φιλοξενούμενα παιδιά και καθημερινές επισκέψεις των διαμερισμάτων, για την παροχή ολιστικής φροντίδας και πλαισίωσης στα φιλοξενούμενα παιδιά
• Διενέργεια επισκέψεων νυχτερινής εποπτείας των διαμερισμάτων ορισμένες ημέρες ανά εβδομάδα
• Παροχή πληροφοριών πάνω στο πολιτισμικό και επικοινωνιακό πλαίσιο των φιλοξενούμενων, για τη διευκόλυνση της επικοινωνίας μαζί τους
• Συμμετοχή σε ομαδικές συνεδρίες με τους φιλοξενούμενους, μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας
• Συνοδείες των φιλοξενούμενων στις απαραίτητες υπηρεσίες
• Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας, με τις κατευθύνσεις του Συντονιστή Μονάδας, για την από κοινού ολιστική στήριξη των παιδιών
• Συμμετοχή στη Διαχείριση επειγόντων περιστατικών, σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας
• Σεβασμός του κανονισμού δεοντολογίας του οργανισμού, ειδικά σε ό,τι αφορά την παιδική προστασία και την αρχή της εμπιστευτικότητας

Προϋποθέσεις

• Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους ως διερμηνέας
• Πανεπιστημιακό πτυχίο κοινωνικών/παιδαγωγικών επιστημών ή επιστημών υγείας επιθυμητό
• Εμπειρία με ευπαθείς κοινωνικές ομάδες, και συγκεκριμένα με ασυνόδευτα παιδιά
• Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα επίλυσης συγκρούσεων
• Σεβασμός προς τη διαφορετικότητα
• Ευελιξία και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής ανταπόκρισης σε επείγοντα περιστατικά
• Άριστος χειρισμός Η/Υ και MS Office και Outlook
• Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής ή/και της αγγλικής γλώσσας (κατά προτίμηση με έμφαση στην ελληνική γλώσσα) και τουλάχιστον μίας ακόμη γλώσσας επικοινωνίας των ωφελούμενων (Φαρσί, Ουρντού, Αραβικά, Κουρμαντζί/Σορανί, Γαλλικά)
• Δίπλωμα οδήγησης επιθυμητό

• Εκτέλεση καθηκόντων φροντιστή ασυνόδευτων παιδιών στο πλαίσιο λειτουργίας μίας μονάδας ημιαυτόνομης διαβίωσης σε εποπτευόμενα διαμερίσματα για ασυνόδευτα παιδιά 16-17 ετών
• Καθημερινή επαφή με τα φιλοξενούμενα παιδιά και καθημερινές επισκέψεις των διαμερισμάτων, για την παροχή ολιστικής φροντίδας και πλαισίωσης στα φιλοξενούμενα παιδιά
• Διενέργεια επισκέψεων νυχτερινής εποπτείας των διαμερισμάτων ορισμένες ημέρες ανά εβδομάδα
• Παρακολούθηση της συμπεριφοράς και της εξέλιξης των φιλοξενούμενων, και ανατροφοδότηση στα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας
• Καλλιέργεια καθημερινών δεξιοτήτων ζωής των παιδιών, και παροχή στήριξης και ενθάρρυνσης για τη σταδιακή αυτονόμησή τους
• Συμμετοχή σε ομαδικές συνεδρίες με τους φιλοξενούμενους, μαζί με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας
• Συνοδείες των φιλοξενούμενων στις απαραίτητες υπηρεσίες
• Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας, με τις κατευθύνσεις του Συντονιστή Μονάδας, για την από κοινού ολιστική στήριξη των παιδιών
• Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση επειγόντων περιστατικών, σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας
• Παρακολούθηση της κατάστασης των διαμερισμάτων, και ενημέρωση του Συντονιστή Μονάδας για ανάγκες επισκευών/συντηρήσεων
• Σεβασμός του κανονισμού δεοντολογίας του οργανισμού, ειδικά σε ό,τι αφορά την παιδική προστασία και την αρχή της εμπιστευτικότητας 

 Προϋποθέσεις

• Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους με ευπαθείς κοινωνικές ομάδες, και ειδικά με την παιδική προστασία ή την προστασία των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων ή των προσφύγων και αιτούντων άσυλο
• Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή ισότιμος τίτλος σπουδών
• Πανεπιστημιακό πτυχίο κοινωνικών/παιδαγωγικών επιστημών ή επιστημών υγείας ή διοίκηση ή οικονομικών σπουδών επιθυμητό
• Καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα επίλυσης συγκρούσεων
• Σεβασμός προς τη διαφορετικότητα
• Ευελιξία και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε επείγοντα περιστατικά
• Άριστος χειρισμός Η/Υ και MS Office και Outlook
• Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας – επιθυμητή και η εξοικείωση με μία ή περισσότερες γλώσσες επικοινωνίας των ωφελούμενων
• Τήρηση αρχείου αποθήκης, διαχείριση αναλωσίμων σε συνεργασία με τον Συντονιστή της Μονάδας
• Τήρηση αρχείου κίνησης ανά διαμέρισμα
• Δίπλωμα οδήγησης B Κατηγορίας
