• Maintains a record system, case notes and other electronic files to a high standard to ensure high quality standards.
• Compiles reports for the progress of the provided services and identifies the characteristics which have to be improved in order to achieve a holistic approach on employability counselling

Η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια εκτιμάται ιδιαίτερα για την συγκεκριμένη θέση.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες/Καθήκοντα

• Να εκτελεί καθαρισμό και συντήρηση όλων των χώρων του SN (δάπεδα, έπιπλα, τουαλέτες κτλ.)
• Να καθαρίζει και να συντηρεί τους χώρους υπηρεσιών και δραστηριοτήτων του SN
• Να ετοιμάζει την λίστα με καθαριστικά ή εξοπλισμό κουζίνας κάθε δύο εβδομάδες ή όποτε κριθεί απαραίτητο
• Άλλα καθήκοντα που ενδεχομένως του/της ανατεθούν

Απαιτήσεις

• Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι οφείλουν να συμμορφώνονται με τα πρότυπα του Οργανισμού για την επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και τις πολιτικές απασχόλησης.
• Να λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με τον Κώδικα Συμπεριφοράς της οργάνωσης καθημερινά, εντός και εκτός των γραφείων
• Εχέμυθος-η
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
• Καθαρός-ή και οργανωτικός-ή
• Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου
• Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων
• Προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια
• Φιλικός-ή και υπομονετικός-ή
• Καλή φυσική κατάσταση και ικανότητα εργασίας σε συνθήκες πίεσης
• Η Ελληνική γλώσσα είναι απαραίτητη
• Γνώση Αραβικών ή Φαρσί θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο πλεονέκτημα
• Απολυτήριο Γυμνασίου ή ανώτερο
