On November 10th, Solidarity Now’s work consultant, Mary Asvesta, on the occasion of her participation in the event entitled “Migration Policy and Social Integration of Youth and Refugees”, talked to the Athens & Macedonian News Agency, for the operation of the Blue Refugee Center in Thessaloniki by SolidarityNow. The event was an initiative of the non-profit organization Business Mentality and the Youth Foundation and Lifelong Learning. More than 300 refugees have requested information and counseling to find work. These are people of different nationalities (from 20 to 22), and different educational backgrounds and ages, most of them men.
