Double Distinction for SolidarityNow at the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2025 by BOUSSIAS!
SolidarityNow, in collaboration with Alpha Bank, received two prestigious awards for the “Bridging the Gap” program at the awards’ ceremony, held in a festive atmosphere on July 15th. The ceremony brought together over 300 senior executives from leading companies and organizations recognized for their ongoing commitment to inclusion and the celebration of uniqueness.
The “Bridging the Gap” program was honored with:
- Gold Award in the Mentoring/Coaching category
Bridging the Gap: Job Coaching with Social Impact - Silver Award in the Poverty/Social Exclusion/Unemployment category
Bridging the Gap – Empowering Women, Reducing Exclusion
Since its launch in October 2023, the “Bridging the Gap” program has achieved remarkable impact:
- Developed a dynamic network of over 100 businesses actively committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunities.
- Connected 330 women from vulnerable social backgrounds with job opportunities.
- 31% of these women have already successfully secured employment!
