SolidarityNow participates as a partner in the project “Helios+: “Integrated actions for the integration of third-country citizens intο the labor market” in the Region of Attica, , the Region of Central Macedonia and the Region of Epirus with Pr. No. 271764/05.11.2024, Call Code: 01 Helios+ and Call Name Number of OPS Information System: 12914, , funded from the Ministry of Migration and Asylum (General Secretariat for Migration Policy – Special Service for the Coordination and Management of Migration and Home Affairs Programs – E.Y.SY.D. – M.E.Y.).

The project aims to support the integration of third country citizens, Beneficiaries of International Protection and Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection in Greece, through a holistic approach which embodies their access to education, the labor market, and vocational training. The Act will include actions such as enhancing and facilitating access to the labor market through career counseling, enhancing the beneficiaries’ ability to live independently through learning the Greek language, supporting beneficiaries during the integration process and promoting interaction with local communities and their autonomous access to social and public services, enhancing independent living through the provision of housing support, sensitization of host communities and stakeholders for the social and labor integration of beneficiaries.

In this context, one (1) position of SUBPROJECTS ASSISTANT of THE HELIOS+ SUBPROJECTS is announced, with a Fixed-Term Contract and full-time working hours (09.00am-17.00pm, Monday to Friday).

Α. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Subprojects Assistant (based in Thessaloniki) will participate in the implementation team of the Subprojects, collecting, checking, and archiving the necessary information and data for monitoring their implementation, based on SolidarityNow’s internal procedures. They must act as a point of contact between employees, the internal departments of SolidarityNow, and external parties, provide support to the Project Coordinator, handle administrative tasks, analyze and improve office processes, ensuring the application of all policies and the smooth operation of the project, including procurement and recruitment.

B. DUTIES

  • Providing programmatic and administrative support to the Project Coordinator for the smooth implementation of the subprojects.
  • Coordinating operational and administrative actions, ensuring that planned activities are carried out in accordance with the approved documents of the subprojects, in close cooperation with the coordinator, staff, HQs teams, and the donor, in compliance with contractual obligations and the Policies and Procedures of SolidarityNow.
  • Supervising working groups where required.
  • Conducting field visits and participating in field activities on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Updating the organizational chart and job positions of the subprojects, assisting in the preparation of the annual leave planning.
  • Contributing to subproject processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Gathering necessary programmatic information and drafting relevant reports as required, as well as archiving both physical and electronic files.
  • Collaborating with all departments of SolidarityNow regarding payments, purchase requests, procurement, publicity actions, etc.
  • Taking on other subproject-related tasks as requested by the Project Coordinator.
  • Participation in SolidarityNow meetings.

Necessary qualifications:

  • University Education (U.E.) or Technical Education (T.E.) in Pedagogical, Humanities, and Social Sciences, or Economics, Administrative or Political Studies, and/or other related fields.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a corresponding position of responsibility, preferably in the field of humanitarian organizations.
  • Very good knowledge of English (level C1/C2).
  • Knowledge of computer use in the subjects of: a) word processing, b) excel spreadsheets and c) internet services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload using initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable/considered qualifications:

  • Postgraduate studies in a field related to vulnerable population groups/migration-refugee issues, education.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, with problem-solving skills.
  • Intercultural awareness and flexibility.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and at the same time as part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of French, or Arabic, or Farsi, or Pashto, or Urdu is an advantage.

C. EVALUATION PROCEDURE

The deadline is December 26th, i.e. 15 calendar days from this posting. The initial evaluation will be carried out by the competent committee of SolidarityNow, in compliance with the current legislation and the general principles of the EK Treaty, especially the principle of equal treatment, non-discrimination, gender equality, meritocracy and transparency. A provisional scoring list will be drawn up and the short-listed candidates will be invited via email to an interview (an online one, where face-to-face is not possible).

The final score results from the sum of the scoring of the following (per category) criteria:

E. RESULTS

  1. Candidates shall be ranked in descending order in tabular order based on the total marks obtained from the criteria marked.
  2. In case of a tie between candidates in the overall score, the person who has the most points in the Interview Criteria shall take precedence and, if they coincide, the one who has the most points in the Criterion of experience. If all the criteria coincide, the order between the tied candidates shall be determined by public drawing.
  3. The final ranking list on which the relevant recruitments will be made is kept for reasons of safeguarding personal data in the file of the human resources department of SolidarityNow and the successful candidate will be informed via email with the standard job offer procedure. Candidates who are not selected for the position are informed accordingly.

In case of selection to fill the position and to sign the relevant contract, the successful candidate must provide the following supporting documents:

  1. Photocopy of proof of identity (for Greek citizens and citizens of another EU member state), identity card of expatriates (for Greek expatriates) or photocopy of the valid legal residence permit (for third country citizens (e.g. identity card of recognized refugee, asylum seeker’s card), as well as other forms proving personal data (VAT number, AMKA, AMA, etc).
  2. Proof of their educational and professional qualifications (degrees, certifications, etc.)

Extract from the criminal record of the last three (3) months, proving that the candidate employee has not been convicted of an offense punishable by a prison sentence of at least one (1) year, as well as offences of grievous bodily harm, abduction of a minor, involuntary abduction, violation of sexual dignity, seduction of children, abuse of minors in lewdness, pornography of minors, solicitation of children for sexual reasons, pimping, exploitation of a prostitute, sexual abuse of a minor for remuneration, and extortion, in accordance with article 22 of Law 4375/2016. The criminal record extract is a necessary element for the recruitment of any employee and should therefore in any case be submitted before any recruitment. In case of failure to submit an extract from a criminal record, any recruitment decision is cancelled, and the organization proceeds with the recruitment of the next candidate on the evaluation list.

Clarification

NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

1) Personal Data Certification Document & other forms for the certification of personal data AMKA, VAT NUMBER, AMA, etc.

Applicants shall provide a clear photocopy of both sides of the personal identity card or of the other public documents showing the identity data, such as a relevant provisional police certificate or the critical pages of the passport (i.e. those indicating the holder’s number and identity details) or the two sides of the driving license or the critical pages of the personal health booklet of all insurance institutions. If these documents do not show the date of birth, a birth certificate must also be presented.

Candidates must provide also copies of their AMKA certificate, VAT number, insurance registration number (AMA).

The above Certificate of Attainment in Greek is not required for expatriates and foreigners who attend or have attended programs or courses of the Greek language within the organized Greek educational system both in Greece and abroad. It is also proven by a corresponding certificate of the School of Greek Language of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

3) Degrees-Diplomas

All candidates must provide a clear photocopy of their Diploma stating the exact grade, date and year of acquisition. If the grade is expressed in terms of merit or a whole number (whether it is a rounded whole number or a pure whole number), he must also submit a certificate from the relevant school for the exact numerical grade, to two decimal places. In the case of tertiary education degrees (Α.Ε.Ι. – Α.Τ.Ε.Ι.) where the grade results only from an evaluative characterization (scales “EXCELLENT”, “VERY GOOD” or “GOOD”), if the candidate cannot provide a certificate for the exact numerical grade, the lowest score corresponding to each evaluation scale must be entered in the corresponding field, namely:

“8.50” for “EXCELLENT”, “6.50” for “VERY GOOD” and “5.00” for “GOOD”. In case the grade is not even derived from a merit characterization, the minimum of the tertiary education grading scale, i.e. “5.00”, must be entered in the corresponding field.

4) Professional Licenses or Other Professional Licenses, Certificates – Certificates

Graded experience will consider employment with an employment relationship or work contract in the public or private sector or exercise of a profession in duties or projects related to the subject of the positions to be filled for all positions.

Ways to prove experience

The supporting documents required, on a case-by-case basis, to prove the type and duration of the experience are the following:

For employees in the public and private sectors:

  • Certificate from the relevant insurance institution or employer, showing the duration of the insurance.

For freelancers:

  • Certificate from the relevant insurance institution, stating the duration of the insurance. At least one relevant contract or service vouchers, indicatively covering the duration and type of experience

Proof of computer knowledge

The knowledge of computer use in the subjects of: a) word processing, b) excel spreadsheets and c) internet services is proven according to the presentation of a corresponding degree or certificate.

Language Qualifications

Language proficiency is proven by the presentation of a corresponding degree or certificate.

Α. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Subproject Center Coordinator will undertake the supervision and day-to-day operation of the Center, the contacts with IOM teams, procurement management, maintenance and related administration and coordination tasks of the team, which are related to the smooth operation of the Center. S/he must be sensitive and at the same time experienced about the needs, living conditions and challenges faced by third-country citizens in Greece, with knowledge on issues related to unemployment, labor market, integration difficulties and challenges and always work towards their smooth and non-discriminatory integration into the Greek reality, ensuring a strong and supportive support framework.

B. DUTIES:

  • Coordination of the operation of the Centre, as well as of the staff, during the performance of its tasks and ensuring effective communication and cooperation among them.
  • Supervision of the proper maintenance and safety of the center’s premises.
  • Scheduling individual and group meetings at regular intervals with all employees in order to evaluate their actions and individual performance, which should be mandatory for all staff members, as well as coordination of volunteers and trainees, if any, and supervision for the provision of their services in collaboration with the other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborating and connecting relationships with authorities, local bodies and all stakeholders.
  • Planning and supervising interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Coordination of administrative operating procedures as well as administrative issues arising in the context of cooperation with other services and organizations.
  • Collection and processing of all required data for the monitoring of the implementation of the physical object and the submission of relevant reports to the Monitoring Officer of the subproject.
  • Cooperation and reporting with monthly reports to the Coordinator of the subproject and to the Management of SolidarityNow, to monitor the progress of the implementation of the action, ensuring that all required tasks are completed on time and accurately.
  • Planning and participating in HR processes, where required, such as training, briefings, staff evaluation and development, while mediating, if necessary, any conflicts between staff members and/or beneficiaries.
  • Participation in SolidarityNow meetings.

The 20-month project aims to support the integration of third country citizens, Beneficiaries of International Protection and Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection in Greece, through a holistic approach which embodies their access to education, the labor market, and vocational training. The Act will include actions such as enhancing and facilitating access to the labor market through career counseling, enhancing the beneficiaries’ ability to live independently through learning the Greek language, supporting beneficiaries during the integration process and promoting interaction with local communities and their autonomous access to social and public services, enhancing independent living through the provision of housing support, sensitization of host communities and stakeholders for the social and labor integration of beneficiaries.

In this context, one (1) position of COORDINATOR of the SOLIDARITYNOW CENTER for the CENTRAL MACEDONIA REGION SUBPROJECT of HELIOS+ is announced, with a Fixed-Term Contract and full-time working hours (09.00am-17.00pm, Monday to Friday).

Α. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Subproject Center Coordinator will undertake the supervision and day-to-day operation of the Center, the contacts with IOM teams, procurement management, maintenance and related administration and coordination tasks of the team, which are related to the smooth operation of the Center. S/he must be sensitive and at the same time experienced about the needs, living conditions and challenges faced by third-country citizens in Greece, with knowledge on issues related to unemployment, labor market, integration difficulties and challenges and always work towards their smooth and non-discriminatory integration into the Greek reality, ensuring a strong and supportive support framework.

B. DUTIES:

  • Coordination of the operation of the Centre, as well as of the staff, during the performance of its tasks and ensuring effective communication and cooperation among them.
  • Supervision of the proper maintenance and safety of the center’s premises.
  • Scheduling individual and group meetings at regular intervals with all employees in order to evaluate their actions and individual performance, which should be mandatory for all staff members, as well as coordination of volunteers and trainees, if any, and supervision for the provision of their services in collaboration with the other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborating and connecting relationships with authorities, local bodies and all stakeholders.
  • Planning and supervising interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Coordination of administrative operating procedures as well as administrative issues arising in the context of cooperation with other services and organizations.
  • Collection and processing of all required data for the monitoring of the implementation of the physical object and the submission of relevant reports to the Monitoring Officer of the subproject.
  • Cooperation and reporting with monthly reports to the Coordinator of the subproject and to the Management of SolidarityNow, to monitor the progress of the implementation of the action, ensuring that all required tasks are completed on time and accurately.
  • Planning and participating in HR processes, where required, such as training, briefings, staff evaluation and development, while mediating, if necessary, any conflicts between staff members and/or beneficiaries.
  • Participation in SolidarityNow meetings.

Necessary qualifications:

  • University Education (U.E.) or Technical Education (T.E.) of Economic, Administrative or Political Studies or Pedagogical studies and / or other similar subjects.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in a corresponding position of responsibility, preferably in the field of humanitarian organizations.
  • Very good knowledge of English (level C1/C2).
  • Knowledge of computer use in the subjects of: a) word processing, b) excel spreadsheets and c) internet services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload using initiative.

Desirable/considered qualifications:

  • Postgraduate studies in a subject related to vulnerable population groups/migrant-refugee issue, education.

E. RESULTS

  1. Candidates shall be ranked in descending order in tabular order based on the total marks obtained from the criteria marked.

In case of a tie between candidates in the overall score, the person who has the most points in the Interview Criteria shall take precedence and, if they coincide, the one who has the most points in the Criterion of experience. If all the criteria coincide, the order between the tied candidates shall be determined by public drawing.
  3.   • Collection of primary data, including surveys, numbers, and focus group discussions for the sub-projects, in accordance with the general and specific monitoring plan and in cooperation with the Coordinator.
  • Collection and evaluation of data on a regular basis to measure performance against performance indicators and prepare relevant statistical data for the beneficiaries of the sub-projects, etc.
  • Gathering of data from activities and updating the relevant database and collection tool, preparing statistical data and other information as required.
  • Ensuring the quality of data and its management in accordance with internal standards and the donor’s standards, as well as ensuring the necessary visibility and accountability.
  • Adhering to confidentiality and security procedures to protect the privacy of all involved parties.
  • Supporting field teams regarding the collection and analysis of relevant information for the sub-projects.
  • Supporting the employed staff to ensure that activities are carried out with the involvement of beneficiaries and that information is shared with beneficiaries.

SolidarityNow participates as a partner in the project “Helios+: “Integrated actions for the integration of third-country citizens intο the labor market” in the Region of Epirus with Pr. No. 271764/05.11.2024, Call Code: 01 Helios+ and Call Name Number of OPS Information System: 12914, , funded from the Ministry of Migration and Asylum (General Secretariat for Migration Policy – Special Service for the Coordination and Management of Migration and Home Affairs Programs – E.Y.SY.D. – M.E.Y.).

The 36-month project aims to support the integration of third country citizens, Beneficiaries of International Protection and Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection in Greece, through a holistic approach which embodies their access to education, the labor market, and vocational training. The Act will include actions such as enhancing and facilitating access to the labor market through career counseling, enhancing the beneficiaries’ ability to live independently through learning the Greek language, supporting beneficiaries during the integration process and promoting interaction with local communities and their autonomous access to social and public services, enhancing independent living through the provision of housing support, sensitization of host communities and stakeholders for the social and labor integration of beneficiaries.

In this context, one (1) position of COORDINATOR of the SOLIDARITYNOW CENTER for the EPIRUS REGION SUBPROJECT of HELIOS+  is announced, with a Fixed-Term Contract and full-time working hours (09.00am-17.00pm, Monday to Friday).

Α. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Subproject Center Coordinator will undertake the supervision and day-to-day operation of the Center, the contacts with IOM teams, procurement management, maintenance and related administration and coordination tasks of the team, which are related to the smooth operation of the Center. S/he must be sensitive and at the same time experienced about the needs, living conditions and challenges faced by third-country citizens in Greece, with knowledge on issues related to unemployment, labor market, integration difficulties and challenges and always work towards their smooth and non-discriminatory integration into the Greek reality, ensuring a strong and supportive support framework.

B. DUTIES:

  • Coordination of the operation of the Centre, as well as of the staff, during the performance of its tasks and ensuring effective communication and cooperation among them.
  • Supervision of the proper maintenance and safety of the center’s premises.
  • Scheduling individual and group meetings at regular intervals with all employees in order to evaluate their actions and individual performance, which should be mandatory for all staff members, as well as coordination of volunteers and trainees, if any, and supervision for the provision of their services in collaboration with the other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborating and connecting relationships with authorities, local bodies and all stakeholders.
  • Planning and supervising interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Coordination of administrative operating procedures as well as administrative issues arising in the context of cooperation with other services and organizations.
  • Collection and processing of all required data for the monitoring of the implementation of the physical object and the submission of relevant reports to the Monitoring Officer of the subproject.
  • Cooperation and reporting with monthly reports to the Coordinator of the subproject and to the Management of SolidarityNow, to monitor the progress of the implementation of the action, ensuring that all required tasks are completed on time and accurately.
  • Planning and participating in HR processes, where required, such as training, briefings, staff evaluation and development, while mediating, if necessary, any conflicts between staff members and/or beneficiaries.
  • Participation in SolidarityNow meetings.

Necessary qualifications:

  • University Education (U.E.) or Technical Education (T.E.) of Economic, Administrative or Political Studies or Pedagogical studies and / or other similar subjects.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in a corresponding position of responsibility, preferably in the field of humanitarian organizations.
  • Very good knowledge of English (level C1/C2).
  • Knowledge of computer use in the subjects of: a) word processing, b) excel spreadsheets and c) internet services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload using initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable/considered qualifications:

  • Postgraduate studies in a subject related to vulnerable population groups/migrant-refugee issue, education.
  • Ease in managing multiple tasks, with problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural awareness and flexibility.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and at the same time as part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of French, or Arabic, or Farsi, or Pashto, or Urdu is an advantage.

C. EVALUATION PROCEDURE

E. RESULTS

  1. Candidates shall be ranked in descending order in tabular order based on the total marks obtained from the criteria marked.
  2. In case of a tie between candidates in the overall score, the person who has the most points in the Interview Criteria shall take precedence and, if they coincide, the one who has the most points in the Criterion of experience. If all the criteria coincide, the order between the tied candidates shall be determined by public drawing.
  3. The final ranking list on which the relevant recruitments will be made is kept for reasons of safeguarding personal data in the file of the human resources department of SolidarityNow and the successful candidate will be informed via email with the standard job offer procedure. Το SolidarityNow συμμετέχει ως εταίρος στο έργο «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ- Συμπληρωματικός Μηχανισμός Υποστήριξης της Εθνικής Στρατηγικής για την προστασία των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων στην Ελλάδα» στο πλαίσιο της Ειδικής Δράσης AMIF/2023/SA/1.2.1 MS under pressure – unaccompanied minors με κωδικό ΟΠΣ (MIS) 6010542 και χρηματοδότηση από το «Πρόγραμμα Ελλάδας – Ταμείο Ασύλου, Μετανάστευσης και Ένταξης 2021-2027». Το έργο, διάρκειας 36 μηνών, έχει ως στόχο την ενίσχυση της αποτελεσματικότητας του υφιστάμενου Συστήματος Προστασίας των Ασυνόδευτων Ανηλίκων στην Ελλάδα μέσω της δημιουργίας ενός ολοκληρωμένου συμπληρωματικού μηχανισμού για την αντιμετώπιση των αναγκών και των δομικών ελλείψεων που εντοπίστηκαν κατά την εφαρμογή της σχετικής Εθνικής Στρατηγικής.

Γενική Περιγραφή:

O/Η κοινωνικός λειτουργός κατέχει κρίσιμο ρόλο στην παροχή κοινωνικής υποστήριξης και διασφάλισης της ευημερίας των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων.  Πρέπει να επιδιώκει την παροχή ολοκληρωμένης υποστήριξης στους επωφελούμενους του έργου, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις πολιτιστικές, κοινωνικές και οικονομικές πτυχές της ζωής τους, αναζητώντας την καλύτερη δυνατή υποστήριξη του μέσα από ένα πλαίσιο παροχής υπηρεσιών και σε συνεργασία με το υπόλοιπο επιστημονικό προσωπικό του κέντρου.

Τα καθήκοντα του/της Κοινωνικού Λειτουργού περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Υπηρεσίες ψυχοκοινωνικής στήριξης, πληροφόρησης και ενημέρωσης σε ασυνόδευτους ανήλικους που με την ενηλικίωση τους στερούνται προστατευτικού πλαισίου.
  • Συνεργασία με τους υπόλοιπους επαγγελματίες και τον/ην Συντονιστή/τρια του κέντρου για τον συντονισμό των υπηρεσιών.
  • Αξιολόγηση των αναγκών των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων και ανάπτυξη σχεδίου παρέμβασης/πορείας.
  • Παροχή επαρκών πληροφοριών σχετικά με τις διαθέσιμες ψυχοκοινωνικές υπηρεσίες και τις σχετικές διαδικασίες.
  • Συμπλήρωση και καταχώρηση όλων των υποθέσεων και ενεργειών σύμφωνα με τα απαιτούμενα του έργου.
  • Διατήρηση ενός οργανωμένου και ενημερωμένου αρχείου έντυπων και ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων.
  • Συμμετοχή στις διεπιστημονικές ομάδες προσωπικού του κέντρου, καθώς και στις συναντήσεις προσωπικού της ομάδας και του φορέα, όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα τυπικά προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΠΕ/ΤΕ Κοινωνικής εργασίας και άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος εν ισχύ.
  • Τουλάχιστον (1) έτος  εμπειρίας σε θέσεις εργασίας συναφείς με τον τίτλο σπουδών, κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα των ΜΚΟ/ανθρωπιστικών πεδίων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (επίπεδο C1/C2).
  • Γνώση χειρισμού ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή (Η/Υ) στα αντικείμενα: α) επεξεργασία κειμένων, β) υπολογιστικών φύλλων και γ) υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου.

Επιθυμητά/συνεκτιμώμενα προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα/Μεταναστευτικές Ροές, ή ολοκληρωμένη /ή και σε εξέλιξη εκπαίδευση σε συμβουλευτική και υποστήριξη παιδιών και εφήβων, κλπ.
  • Εμπειρία σε αντικείμενο συναφές με την παιδική προστασία ή την προστασία των ασυνόδευτων ανηλίκων ή τη διαχείριση ευαλωτότητας ή την υποδοχή αιτούντων διεθνούς προστασίας ή την ένταξη των αναγνωρισμένων δικαιούχων διεθνούς προστασίας.
  • Άριστες διαπροσωπικές, ομαδικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και ιεράρχησης του φόρτου εργασίας.
  • Η γνώση της γαλλικής, ή αραβικής, ή φαρσί, ή παστού, ή ουρντού γλώσσας αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα.

Γ. ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ ΑΞΙΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ

  2. Επιστολή Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος για τη συγκεκριμένη θέση. Βιογραφικά που θα αποσταλούν χωρίς επιστολή εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος, δεν θα θεωρηθούν έγκυρα και δεν θα συμπεριληφθούν στην διαδικασία αξιολόγησης)

Καταληκτική ημερομηνία αποστολής είναι η 22 Δεκεμβρίου, ήτοι 14 ημερολογιακές ημέρες από την ανάρτηση της παρούσας.

Η αρχική αξιολόγηση θα διεξαχθεί από την αρμόδια επιτροπή του SolidarityNow τηρώντας για την επιλογή νέου προσωπικού την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και τις γενικές αρχές της συνθήκης της ΕΚ και ειδικά την αρχή τήρησης της ίσης μεταχείρισης, της μη διάκρισης, της ισότητας των φύλων, της αξιοκρατίας και της διαφάνειας. Θα καταρτιστεί προσωρινή λίστα βαθμολόγησης και οι επικρατέστεροι υποψήφιοι/ες (short-list) θα κληθούν μέσω ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος σε συνέντευξη (διαδικτυακή όπου δεν είναι εφικτή η δια ζώσης).

  1. Η κατάταξη των υποψηφίων γίνεται κατά φθίνουσα σειρά σε πίνακα, με βάση τη συνολική βαθμολογία που συγκεντρώνουν από τα βαθμολογούμενα κριτήρια.
  2. Στην περίπτωση ισοβαθμίας υποψηφίων στην συνολική βαθμολογία προηγείται αυτός/ή που έχει τις περισσότερες μονάδες στο Κριτήριο Συνέντευξη, και αν αυτές συμπίπτουν, αυτός/ή που έχει τις περισσότερες μονάδες στο Κριτήριο Επαγγελματική εμπειρία. Στην περίπτωση που όλα τα κριτήρια συμπίπτουν, η σειρά μεταξύ των ισοβαθμούντων καθορίζεται με δημόσια κλήρωση.
  3. Ο τελικός πίνακας κατάταξης βάσει του οποίου θα γίνουν οι σχετικές προσλήψεις τηρείται για λόγους διαφύλαξης προσωπικών δεδομένων στο αρχείο του τμήματος ανθρώπινου δυναμικού του SolidarityNow και ο/η επιτυχών/ούσα θα ενημερωθεί μέσω ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος με την τυπική διαδικασία προσφοράς εργασίας. Οι υποψήφιοι που δεν επιλέγονται για τη θέση, ενημερώνονται αντίστοιχα.

Σε περίπτωση επιλογής για κάλυψη της θέσης και για την υπογραφή της σχετικής σύμβασης, ο/η επιτυχών/ούσα θα πρέπει να προσκομίσει τα παρακάτω δικαιολογητικά:

  1. Φωτοαντίγραφο αποδεικτικού στοιχείου ταυτότητας (για τους/τις Έλληνες/δες πολίτες και τους πολίτες άλλου κράτους μέλους της ΕΕ), ταυτότητα ομογενούς (για τους/τις Έλληνες/ιδες ομογενείς) ή φωτοαντίγραφο της νόμιμης άδειας παραμονής σε ισχύ (για τους αλλοδαπούς τρίτων χωρών (π.χ. ταυτότητα αναγνωρισμένου πρόσφυγα, δελτίου αιτούντος ασύλου), καθώς και λοιπά έντυπα απόδειξης προσωπικών στοιχείων (ΑΦΜ, ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΜΑ, κλπ).
  2. Αποδεικτικά της εκπαιδευτικής τους κατάρτισης και των επαγγελματικών τους προσόντων (πτυχία, πιστοποιήσεις κλπ)
  3. Βεβαίωση της εργασιακής εμπειρίας
  4. Απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου των τελευταίων τριών (3) μηνών, με το οποίο να αποδεικνύεται ότι ο/η υποψήφιος/α απασχολούμενος/η δεν έχει καταδικαστεί για αδίκημα που τιμωρείται με ποινή φυλάκισης τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους, καθώς και αδικήματα της βαριάς σωματικής βλάβης, αρπαγής ανηλίκου, ακούσιας απαγωγής, προσβολής γενετήσιας αξιοπρέπειας, αποπλάνησης παιδιών, κατάχρησης ανηλίκων σε ασέλγεια, πορνογραφίας ανηλίκων, προσέλκυσης παιδιών για γενετήσιους λόγους, μαστροπείας, εκμετάλλευσης πόρνης, ασέλγειας σε ανήλικο έναντι αμοιβής, και εκβίασης, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 22 του Ν.4375/2016. Το απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου είναι απαραίτητο στοιχείο για την πρόσληψη οποιουδήποτε εργαζομένου έρχεται σε επαφή με ανηλίκους και συνεπώς θα πρέπει σε κάθε περίπτωση να κατατεθεί πριν οποιαδήποτε πρόσληψη. Σε περίπτωση μη υποβολής αποσπάσματος ποινικού μητρώου, οποιαδήποτε απόφαση πρόσληψης ακυρώνεται και o φορέας προχωρά στην πρόσληψη του επομένου στη λίστα αξιολόγησης υποψηφίου.

Επισήμανση

Οι τρόποι απόδειξης των παραπάνω κριτηρίων περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στο συνημμένο παράρτημα. Οι προϋποθέσεις όλων των υπαρχόντων, αναφερομένων και υποβαλλομένων προσόντων από τους υποψηφίους θα πρέπει να συντρέχουν κατά τη διάρκεια της αξιολόγησης. Σημειώνεται ότι η ψευδής δήλωση ή απόκρυψη στοιχείων επιφέρει τις εκ του νόμου προβλεπόμενες κυρώσεις.

Τα βιογραφικά και τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα δε διαβιβάζονται σε τρίτους και χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για να διερευνηθεί η προοπτική της μελλοντικής επαγγελματικής συνεργασίας μας. Κάθε επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων πραγματοποιείται σύμφωνα με τις επιταγές του Νόμου 4624/2019 περί προστασίας του ατόμου από την επεξεργασία δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα και του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2016/679 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου και κάθε υποψήφιος διατηρεί δικαίωμα ενημέρωσης, πρόσβασης και αντίρρησης, όπως ο ως άνω νόμος ορίζει.

ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ

ΓΕΝΙΚΕΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ

Γίνονται δεκτοί οι υποψήφιοι που είναι: α) Έλληνες πολίτες, β) πολίτες των άλλων κρατών – μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, υπό τους περιορισμούς του άρθρου 1 παρ. 1 του N.2431/1996 και γ) πολίτες τρίτων χωρών που έχουν δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα και το τεκμηριώνουν επαρκώς.

Για τους υποψηφίους χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια απαιτείται η γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας σε βαθμό επαρκή για την άσκηση των καθηκόντων της οικείας ειδικότητας. Για την απόδειξη της γνώσης της ελληνικής γλώσσας απαιτείται πιστοποιητικό  ελληνομάθειας (ν.2413/96 άρθρο  10  παρ.1) που χορηγείται από το Κέντρο Ελληνικής Γλώσσας:

α) Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου 37, Τ.Κ. 151 80 Αθήνα, τηλ. 210−3443384 και β) Καραμαούνα 1, Πλ. Σκρά, Τ.Κ. 55132 Θεσσαλονίκη.

Η ευθύνη της ορθής υποβολής αίτησης και της προσκόμισης όλων των απαιτούμενων δικαιολογητικών ανήκει αποκλειστικά στον υποψήφιο.

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ

1)           Έγγραφο Πιστοποίησης Προσωπικών Στοιχείων & λοιπά έντυπα πιστοποίησης προσωπικών στοιχείων ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ, ΑΜΑ, κλπ.

Οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν ευκρινές φωτοαντίγραφο των δύο όψεων του ατομικού δελτίου ταυτότητας ή άλλων δημόσιων εγγράφων από τα οποία να προκύπτουν τα στοιχεία της ταυτότητας, όπως σχετική προσωρινή βεβαίωση αστυνομικής αρχής ή τις κρίσιμες σελίδες του διαβατηρίου (δηλ. αυτές στις οποίες αναφέρονται ο αριθμός και τα στοιχεία ταυτότητας του κατόχου) ή τις δύο όψεις της άδειας οδήγησης ή τις κρίσιμες σελίδες του ατομικού βιβλιαρίου υγείας όλων των ασφαλιστικών φορέων. Εάν από τα έγγραφα αυτά δεν προκύπτει η ημερομηνία γέννησης, πρέπει να προσκομισθεί και το πιστοποιητικό ή βεβαίωση γέννησης.

Οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν αντίγραφα βεβαίωσης ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ, Αριθμού μητρώου ασφαλισμένων.

2)           Έγγραφο Πιστοποίησης Γνώσης Ελληνικής Γλώσσας

(για τους υποψήφιους χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια)

Για τον υποψήφιο χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια, ο οποίος πρέπει να αποδείξει ότι γνωρίζει την ελληνική γλώσσα σε βαθμό επαρκή για την άσκηση των καθηκόντων της επιδιωκόμενης ειδικότητας, Πιστοποιητικό Ελληνομάθειας (ν.2413/1996 άρθρο 10 παρ. 1) που χορηγείται από το Κέντρο Ελληνικής Γλώσσας:

α) Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου 37, Τ.Κ. 151 80 Αθήνα, τηλ. 210−3443384 και β) Καραμαούνα 1, των κατωτέρω επιπέδων:

Για τις Κατηγορίες Πανεπιστημιακής (Π.Ε.) και Τεχνολογικής Εκπαίδευσης (Τ.Ε.)

Το ανωτέρω Πιστοποιητικό Ελληνομάθειας δεν χρειάζεται να προσκομίζουν οι ομογενείς και αλλογενείς, οι οποίοι παρακολουθούν ή έχουν παρακολουθήσει προγράμματα ή μαθήματα της ελληνικής γλώσσας εντός του οργανωμένου ελληνικού εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Επίσης, αποδεικνύεται με αντίστοιχο πιστοποιητικό του Σχολείου της Ελληνικής Γλώσσας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης.

3)           Τίτλοι Σπουδών

Όλοι οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν ευκρινές φωτοαντίγραφο Τίτλου Σπουδών στον οποίο να αναγράφεται ο ακριβής βαθμός, η ημερομηνία και το έτος κτήσης του.Σε περίπτωση που ο βαθμός εκφράζεται με αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό ή με ακέραιο αριθμό (είτε πρόκειται για ακέραιο αριθμό που προέκυψε από στρογγυλοποίηση είτε πρόκειται για αμιγώς ακέραιο αριθμό) πρέπει να υποβάλει και βεβαίωση της οικείας σχολής για τον ακριβή αριθμητικό βαθμό, με δύο δεκαδικά ψηφία. Στις περιπτώσεις τίτλων σπουδών τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (Α.Ε.Ι. – Α.Τ.Ε.Ι.) που ο βαθμός προκύπτει μόνο από αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό (κλίμακες «ΑΡΙΣΤΑ», «ΛΙΑΝ ΚΑΛΩΣ» ή «ΚΑΛΩΣ»), εάν ο υποψήφιος δεν δύναται να προσκομίσει βεβαίωση για τον ακριβή αριθμητικό βαθμό, στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο πρέπει να καταχωρηθεί η κατώτερη βαθμολογία που αντιστοιχεί σε κάθε μία αξιολογική κλίμακα, δηλαδή:

«8,50» για «ΑΡΙΣΤΑ», «6,50» για «ΛΙΑΝ ΚΑΛΩΣ» και «5,00» για «ΚΑΛΩΣ». Σε περίπτωση που ο βαθμός δεν προκύπτει ούτε από αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό, στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο πρέπει να καταχωρηθεί το ελάχιστο της βαθμολογικής κλίμακας τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, δηλαδή «5,00».

4)           Άδειες Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος ή Άλλες Επαγγελματικές Άδειες, Βεβαιώσεις  – Πιστοποιητικά

Όλοι οι υποψήφιοι που επιλέγουν θέση για την οποία στον ΠΙΝΑΚΑ ΚΑΤΑΝΟΜΗΣ ΘΕΣΕΩΝ ή στον ΠΙΝΑΚΑ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΤΙΚΩΝ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΩΝ υπάρχει ως υποχρεωτικό προσόν η κατοχή άδειας άσκησης επαγγέλματος ή άλλη επαγγελματική άδεια ή βεβαίωση ή πιστοποιητικό προσκομίζουν αντίστοιχα:

Άδειες Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος ή Βεβαιώσεις ή Άλλες Επαγγελματικές  Άδειες

1)           Άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος (απαιτούμενη κατά περίπτωση) ή

2)           Βεβαίωση εκδιδόμενη από αρμόδια διοικητική αρχή ότι πληροί όλες τις νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις για την άσκηση του αντίστοιχου επαγγέλματος (Ν.3919/2011, όπως ισχύει)

Δικαιολογητικά Απόδειξης Εμπειρίας

Η εμπειρία λαμβάνεται υπόψη εφόσον έχει αποκτηθεί στην ημεδαπή ή αλλοδαπή μετά τη λήψη του βασικού τίτλου σπουδών με τον οποίο ο υποψήφιος μετέχει στη διαγωνιστική διαδικασία και όπου απαιτείται, σύμφωνα με τα προσόντα όπως αυτά ορίζονται.

Ως βαθμολογούμενη εμπειρία θα ληφθεί υπόψη η απασχόληση με σχέση εργασίας ή σύμβαση έργου στο δημόσιο ή τον ιδιωτικό τομέα ή άσκηση επαγγέλματος σε καθήκοντα ή έργα συναφή με το αντικείμενο των προς πλήρωση θέσεων για όλες τις θέσεις.

Τρόπος απόδειξης της εμπειρίας

Τα δικαιολογητικά τα οποία απαιτούνται κατά περίπτωση, για την απόδειξη του είδους και της χρονικής διάρκειας της εμπειρίας, είναι τα εξής:

Για τους μισθωτούς του δημοσίου και ιδιωτικού τομέα:

  • Βεβαίωση του οικείου ασφαλιστικού φορέα ή του εργοδότη, από την οποία να προκύπτει η χρονική διάρκεια της ασφάλισης.

Για τους ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες:

  • Βεβαίωση του οικείου ασφαλιστικού φορέα, στην οποία να αναγράφεται η χρονική διάρκεια της ασφάλισης
  • Μια τουλάχιστον σχετική σύμβαση ή δελτία παροχής υπηρεσιών, που να καλύπτουν ενδεικτικώς η χρονική διάρκεια και το είδος της εμπειρίας.

Αποδεικτικό / -ά Γνώσης Χειρισμού Η/ Υ

Η γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ στα αντικείμενα: α) επεξεργασίας κειμένων, β) υπολογιστικών φύλλων και γ) υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου αποδεικνύεται σύμφωνα με την προσκόμιση αντίστοιχου πτυχίου ή βεβαίωσης

Τίτλοι Γλωσσομάθειας

Η γλωσσομάθεια αποδεικνύεται με την προσκόμιση αντίστοιχου πτυχίου ή βεβαίωσης.


Το SolidarityNow είναι εργοδότης ίσων ευκαιριών. Τα άτομα με αναπηρία και άτομα που ανήκουν σε ευάλωτες και μειονεκτούσες ομάδες ενθαρρύνονται ιδιαίτερα να υποβάλουν αίτηση.

Οι διαδικασίες πρόσληψης αντικατοπτρίζουν τη δέσμευση του SolidarityNow να διατηρεί τα παιδιά ασφαλή από βλάβες και κακοποίηση.  Reporting, Monitoring and Accountability

  • Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of ASC services.
  • Regularly collect and analyze data to ensure evidence-based decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to donors and organizational leadership, detailing progress, challenges, and successes.
  • In collaboration with MEAL staff, address complaints, feedback, or concerns from beneficiaries in a professional and compassionate manner.

 Partnerships and Representation

  • Maintain strong relationships with local and national authorities, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Represents SN and the ASC with project donors, local communities, civil society actors, local and national government, and media in consultation with SN Senior Management.
  • Facilitate partnerships to expand the reach and impact of the ASC services.
  • Maintains collaborative relationships with authorities, local actors, and stakeholders.
  • In collaboration with Community Engagement Officer, liaise with local communities creating / maintaining a vivid network of stakeholders and actors in the city.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive and integrated support services.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably Master’s) from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Social Sciences, management or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing or coordinating humanitarian or social service projects, ideally in urban settings.
  • Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing service delivery for vulnerable populations.
  • Strong knowledge of the challenges faced by vulnerable groups, such as refugees, migrants, and marginalized communities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse and cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Familiarity with Greek social welfare and legal frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, ownership, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word business software.

Responsibilities

Legal Services Provision

  • Provide individual legal counselling and information as required and requested by beneficiaries, including on the asylum procedure, migration law, international protection and individual rights, family reunification, and other cases that need legal assistance.
  • Provide legal assistance in administrative procedures regarding issuing of birth certificate, tax number, work permit and the like.
  • Undertake legal cases and legally represent in courts if necessary and depending on the availability of resources.
  • Ensure referrals internally and externally.
  • Brief and full Social -Legal History taking.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and facilitate their access to available aid.

Other Duties

  • Preparation of internal reports and collection and uploading information to SN database.
  • Collaborate with SN Advocacy Manager for the design and implementation of effective advocacy and policy actions to improve the situation for programme beneficiaries.
  • Brief and debrief beneficiaries for running programs availability and inform for any relevant change.

Job Description: The Communications Assistant will be responsible for producing and communicating the organization’s internal and external messages as directed by the Communications Manager and in accordance with SN’s communication strategy. She/He will produce and publicize content (traditional and digital) while develop and implement a strong media and social media presence to meet the growing operational and communicational needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of the SolidarityNow communication strategy
  • Contributing to Communications activities and Plan of Action developed per program (deliverables, reporting)
  • Writing Press Releases regarding the organization’s news, accomplishments, and initiatives.
  • Support the writing and production of all SN online and offline publications (including design and printing), such as: e-Newsletter, Annual Activity Report, leaflets, project brochures etc.)
  • Support the production of audiovisual materials for communications purposes
  • Support media relations (pitching, enquiries, liaising with colleagues and key spokespersons)
  • Support with the organization of events – including setting up, planning, invitations, procurement of items and the operation on the day.
