Job Overview

The cleaner is responsible for undertaking the maintenance and cleaning work where required and to ensure that the premises, offices and anywhere else need to be clean and reflect a good picture of the service and activity areas. The job holder is expected to operate in accordance with the organization’s Code of Conduct and demonstrate a high level of integrity and commitment, with the necessary attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining premises, including desks, floor, kitchen, toilets, waiting rooms etc
  • Occasionally preparing tea/coffee to the employees and guests
  • Drafting a list of required kitchen and cleaning supplies on bi-weekly basis and submit to the supervisor/ team leader. Assist with procurement, when it is necessary.

Job Requirements / Skills Required

  • All Cleaners are required to adhere to the SN Standards for Professional Conduct and the national employment policies.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct every day – in the site and in the community.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • Clean record.
  • Sense of judgement.
  • Clean and organised.
  • Good time management.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
