Reports To: BRC Coordinator

Job Overview

The postholder is responsible for welcoming beneficiaries to the center and facilitating access to the BRC staff and services.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes beneficiaries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Greet beneficiaries, sharing information about BRC, the services provided, and the process required to access them.
  • Provide information and referrals about complementary services provided outside BRC.
  • Ensure the proper registration of beneficiaries in accordance with BRC operating system (issuing cards, managing database, ensuring GDPR process is adhered to).
  • Responds to incoming calls, shares information, takes messages etc.
  • In coordination with the BRC personnel, ensure that beneficiaries feel comfortable and safe to share their concerns freely.
  • Administrative and logistics tasks to support the daily operation of the BRC.
  • Other position-related responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • University or advanced education degree.
  • Experience in Humanitarian field in Greece.
  • Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in Greek and English. Knowledge of Arabic/Farsi/French will be highly appreciated.
