To SolidarityNow αναζητά έναν έμπειρο δικηγόρο για κάλυψη/αντικατάσταση θέσης λόγω αδείας κυοφορίας-μητρότητας, ο/η οποίος/α θα ασχολείται με ένα ευρύ φάσμα νομικών θεμάτων, τα οποία αντιμετωπίζουν άτομα που υφίστανται πολλαπλές διακρίσεις. Ο/Η δικηγόρος θα πρέπει να είναι εξοικειωμένος/η με το νομικό πλαίσιο της εμπορίας ανθρώπων, ιδίως σε περιπτώσεις μεταναστών, προσφύγων και αιτούντων άσυλο, και να είναι διαθέσιμος/η για τακτικές τοπικές μετακινήσεις.

Αρμοδιότητες

• Άμεση νομική βοήθεια: παροχή νομικής συμβουλευτικής και υποστήριξης μέσω ατομικών ή ομαδικών συνεδριών σε υπηκόους τρίτων χωρών
• Παραπομπές: χαρτογράφηση των αναγκών, των ελλείψεων και άλλων υπηρεσιών- παραπομπή υποθέσεων σε άλλους φορείς κατά περίπτωση και, παρέχοντας αυστηρή παρακολούθηση, διασφάλιση ότι οι υποθέσεις αυτές προχωρούν προς επίλυση
• Δυνατότητα εκπροσώπησης ενώπιον δικαστικών και διοικητικών αρχών (εκπροσώπηση ενώπιων υπηρεσίας Ασύλου σχετικά με αιτήματα διεθνούς προστασίας, εκπροσώπηση για θέματα οικογενειακού δικαίου κ.τ.λ)
• Προετοιμασία και κατάθεση αιτήσεων προς Εισαγγελία για τη διαδικασία αναγνώρισης θυμάτων εμπορίας
• Διαμόρφωση θεωρητικού υλικού για τη διεξαγωγή ομαδικών συνεδριών
• Σύνταξη τακτικών αναφορών
• Συνεργασία με συναδέλφους άλλων κλάδων (διερμηνείς, κοινωνικοί επιστήμονες, ψυχολόγοι) για την καλύτερη υποστήριξη του/της ωφελούμενου/ης
• Τήρηση αρχείων όλων των δραστηριοτήτων

Προσόντα

Απαραίτητα

• Τουλάχιστον τριετής πείρα στην άσκηση του δικηγορικού επαγγέλματος (τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες σε έργο που εξυπηρετεί πληθυσμό προσφύγων και μεταναστών)
• Άδεια εργασίας δικηγόρου
• Άριστη γνώση των ακόλουθων τομέων δικαίου: δίκαιο ασύλου, οικογενειακό και διοικητικό δίκαιο, καθώς και δίκαιο σχετικά με την εμπορία ανθρώπων
• Επιθυμητή η καλή γνώση του διοικητικού και ποινικού δικαίου
• Νομική ανάλυση: ικανότητα εντοπισμού και αντιμετώπισης νομικών ζητημάτων για παροχή συμβουλών και εκπροσώπηση
• Ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη συμβουλευτική και εκπροσώπηση ατόμων με κάποια ευπάθεια σε επαγγελματική ή εθελοντική βάση
• Γνώση θεμάτων ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων/προστασίας, ιδίως ευάλωτων κοινωνικών ομάδων, είναι ιδιαίτερα επιθυμητή
• Επίγνωση και ικανότητα εργασίας με θύματα εμπορίας ανθρώπων και επιζώντες έμφυλης βίας και των ευαισθησιών και των μέτρων εμπιστευτικότητας που συνεπάγεται αυτό
• Ικανότητα προσαρμογής των επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων ανάλογα με την ηλικία του δικαιούχου
• Καλές διαπροσωπικές, ομαδικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
• Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Urdu, Pashtu, Bengali
• Excellent command of Greek and/or English language
• Minimum two-year professional experience as an interpreter or cultural mediator
• Familiar with protection issues related to refugee population.
• High professional ethics
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support and respect.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in multi-ethnic environment, Cross Culturally Aware and flexible.
• Well organized and efficient, flexible, able to handle pressure well and adapt in different working environments.
• Computer literacy

Generic responsibilities

• Implement after-school educational activities, per the refugee population needs on subjects such as Greek Language or English Language and/or Mathematics & Science
• Expand and build on the existing educational curriculum, targeting and addressing the needs of different age groups of children and youth
• Provide homework support for the children who attend formal education
• Oversee distributions of teaching and learning material according to the population’s needs
• Update and maintain effective workplans
• Ensure on-going monitoring, tracking and reporting of classes
• Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and hardcopy
• Support education, recreational and various activities
• Contribute to the identification of vulnerabilities and facilitate access to available aid
• Engage with parents, schools and communities in order to improve attendance and address students’ needs

Qualifications

Essential

• Excellent Greek and English
• Degree – Bachelor degree in education (any subject) or Greek/English Philology or Math/Science studies
• At least 1 year of professional experience in educational programs for refugees or rural/vulnerable communities
• Strong analytical and administrative skills in the management of educational programs and mainly primary education

Desired

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Education will be an advantage
• Experience teaching non-native speakers
• Proven knowledge of training, curriculum development, implementation and educational administration
• Experience in report writing and excellent computer skills
• Experience in training of trainers/facilitators skills will be an advantage
