Job Description:

• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
• Take and pass on messages to Guests – Deals with special requests from Guests.
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
• Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave; keeps logbook.
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Phone skills, keen in both verbal and written Communication, both in Greek and English languages.
• Friendly and Professional

• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Very well organized, multitasking, able to prioritize and work under stress.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Background

• High school diploma.
• Administrative, clerical or communication studies will be considered as a plus.
• Experience will be appreciated.
