Position Summary

3. In collaboration with the Child Rights, Gender Equality and Parental Counseling Officer, contributes to the design and consolidation of capacity-building material for children and parents aiming at the development of soft and life skills, focusing on parenting and children’s rights education;

In collaboration with the Child Rights, Gender Equality and Parental Counseling Officer organizes and facilitates capacity building and awareness-spreading activities towards public schools, local parents’ and teachers’ associations, municipalities, and volunteer associations in the regions where the project operates;

6. Oversees educational activities, to meet the requirements of the donor and the project’s targets;

• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and Greek
• People-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in managing multiple tasks, with a problem-solving aptitude
• Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility

Desired

• Degree in Social Science fields or management fields
• Former experience in NGO project management support function
• Familiar with Refugee and Migration Issues
