Job Overview

The Menstrual Health Facilitator is an integral member of the SolidarityNow project on menstrual health, which targets children aged 9-12, 12-15, parents/guardians, and teachers across Greece. The project’s goals are to promote menstrual health and hygiene awareness and literacy by educating children, adolescents, parents/guardians, and teachers, and by fostering open discussions in schools. In addition to delivering awareness seminars, the Senior Facilitator is responsible for supervising and coordinating other Menstrual Health Facilitators, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting the team in line with program objectives. The role also involves overseeing the distribution of educational materials, maintaining strong collaboration with School Liaison Officers, and ensuring effective planning and documentation of activities. This role includes expanded regional responsibilities, with the Senior Facilitator being the lead for Central Macedonia areas (Serres, Pieria, Pella, Imathia, Kilkis) while also supporting activities in East Macedonia & Thrace. It further involves organizing and supervising facilitator visits to refugee accommodation centers across Northern Greece, as well as coordinating with the Roma Expert to plan and implement community visits in Roma communities for the same purpose.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, engaging, and informative awareness seminars to students in schools across Central Macedonia, and other regions, aiming to increase menstrual literacy and open discussions about menstruation. Ensure the seminars are inclusive, promote gender equity, and address both educational and psychosocial aspects of menstruation.
• Supervise, guide, and support Menstrual Health Facilitators, with direct responsibility for Central Macedonia (in Serres, Pieria, Pella, Imathia, Kilkis) and remote support for East Macedonia & Thrace, providing feedback, ensuring consistent quality of delivery, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate workplans and schedules in close cooperation with School Liaison Officers, ensuring smooth implementation of seminars across schools in Central Macedonia (abovementioned regions), East Macedonia & Thrace, and other regions.
• Organize and oversee the visits of facilitators to refugee accommodation centers in Northern Greece, ensuring high-quality delivery, safety, and effective coordination with camp authorities and other stakeholders.

Adapt the educational content to meet the specific needs of each target group, school’s context, local concerns, and camp environments, while maintaining alignment with the project’s overall objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational seminars and trainings, collecting feedback from participants to inform ongoing project improvements and impact studies, in collaboration with Monitoring & Evaluation staff. Develop and maintain effective filing systems (electronic and hardcopy) and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.
• Provide continuous support and feedback to team members and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the project’s implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with other facilitators, project staff, and stakeholders, contributing to the project’s success and fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Coordinate and co-organize with the Roma Expert field visits to Roma communities in Northern Greece, ensuring appropriate delivery of seminars and engagement with community members.

Qualifications

Generic responsibilities

• Provide Greek language courses and intercultural education to adult refugees and migrants.
• Focus on the social and cultural context of Greece, the European way of life and basic labor rights in Greece.
• Teach job-specific vocabulary (terminology) related to key sectors such as construction, agriculture, tourism and others.
• Support the design and development of educational resources that address the integration needs of beneficiaries.
• Oversee the distribution of teaching and learning materials.
• Monitor, track, and report on the progress of classes on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both digital and physical.

Το SolidarityNow συμμετέχει ως εταίρος στο έργο «Helios+ : «Ολοκληρωμένες δράσεις ένταξης πολιτών τρίτων χωρών στην αγορά εργασίας» στην Περιφέρεια Αττικής, με Α.Π. 271764/05.11.2024, Κωδικό Πρόσκλησης: 01 Helios+ και Α/Α Πρόσκλησης ΟΠΣ: 12914, και χρηματοδότηση από το Υπουργείο Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου (Γενική Γραμματεία Μεταναστευτικής Πολιτικής – Ειδική Υπηρεσία Συντονισμού και Διαχείρισης Προγραμμάτων Μετανάστευσης και Εσωτερικών Υποθέσεων – Ε.Υ.ΣΥ.Δ. – Μ.Ε.Υ.).

Το έργο, διάρκειας 30 μηνών, στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη της ένταξης πολιτών τρίτων χωρών, Δικαιούχων Διεθνούς Προστασίας και Δικαιούχων Προσωρινής Προστασίας στην Ελλάδα, μέσω μιας ολιστικής προσέγγισης που ενσωματώνει την πρόσβασή τους στην εκπαίδευση, την αγορά εργασίας, και την επαγγελματική κατάρτιση. H Πράξη θα περιλαμβάνει δράσεις όπως ενίσχυση και διευκόλυνση της πρόσβασης στην αγορά εργασίας με εργασιακή συμβουλευτική, ενίσχυση της δυνατότητας για ανεξάρτητη διαβίωση των ωφελούμενων μέσω της εκμάθησης της ελληνικής γλώσσας, υποστήριξη στους ωφελούμενους κατά τα στάδια της διαδικασίας ένταξης και προώθηση της αλληλεπίδρασης με τις τοπικές κοινωνίες και την αυτόνομη πρόσβασή τους σε κοινωνικές και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες, ενίσχυση της ανεξάρτητης διαβίωσης μέσω της παροχή στεγαστικής υποστήριξης, ευαισθητοποίηση των κοινοτήτων υποδοχής και εμπλεκόμενων φορέων για την κοινωνική και εργασιακή ένταξη των ωφελούμενων.

Στα πλαίσια αυτά προκηρύσσεται, μεταξύ άλλων, μια (1) θέση Υπαλλήλου Καθαριότητας Κέντρου του Υποέργου Περιφέρειας Αττικής (με έδρα την Αθήνα), με Σύμβαση Ορισμένου Χρόνου και σταθερό ωράριο πλήρους απασχόλησης (09.00πμ-17.00μμ, Δευτέρα ως Παρασκευή).

Α. ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

Ο/Η Υπάλληλος Καθαριότητας Κέντρου του υποέργου Περιφέρειας Αττικής (με έδρα την Αθήνα) κατέχει σημαντικό ρόλο στη διατήρηση της καλής υγιεινής και καθαριότητας του κέντρου, διασφαλίζοντας την καλή εικόνα των χώρων και την ασφαλή χρήση τους από τους δικαιούχους και το προσωπικό του κέντρου,  συμβάλλοντας έτσι στην καλύτερη δυνατή λειτουργία του κέντρου, ενώ είναι παράλληλα υπεύθυνος και για την αναφορά προβλημάτων υγιεινής ή ανάγκης συντήρησης στον Συντονιστή του κέντρου.

Β. ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ

• Εκτέλεση των καθημερινών εργασιών καθαριότητας σε όλους τους χώρους του κέντρου.
• Διασφάλιση ότι οι χώροι συντηρούνται σε άριστη κατάσταση, σύμφωνοι με υψηλά υγειονομικά πρότυπα.
• Αποθήκευση, διαχείριση και χρήση καθαριστικών προϊόντων και εξοπλισμού.
• Αναφορά προβλημάτων υγιεινής ή ανάγκης συντήρησης στον Συντονιστή του κέντρου.
• Διασφάλιση ότι οι χώροι είναι ασφαλείς και χωρίς εμπόδια για τους δικαιούχους και το προσωπικό του κέντρου.
• Υποστήριξη σε άλλα γενικά καθήκοντα, όπως αυτά ανατίθενται από τον/ην Συντονιστή/ρια του κέντρου.

Απαραίτητα τυπικά προσόντα:

• Εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών.

Σε πρώτη φάση οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες καλούνται να αποστείλουν στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση recruitment@solidaritynow.org αναφέροντας στο θέμα του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου “ΥΠΑΛΛΗΛΟΣ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΟΤΗΤΑΣ ΚΕΝΤΡΟΥ ΤΟΥ ΥΠΟΕΡΓΟΥ ΠΕΡΙΦΕΡΕΙΑΣ ΑΤΤΙΚΗΣ HELIOS+’’ τα ακόλουθα:

1. Αναλυτικό Βιογραφικό Σημείωμα (στην Ελληνική γλώσσα)
2. Επιστολή Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος (στην Ελληνική γλώσσα) για τη συγκεκριμένη θέση. Βιογραφικά που θα αποσταλούν χωρίς επιστολή εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος, δεν θα θεωρηθούν έγκυρα και δεν θα συμπεριληφθούν στην διαδικασία αξιολόγησης.

Καταληκτική ημερομηνία αποστολής είναι η 4^η Σεπτεμβρίου 2026, ήτοι 15 ημερολογιακές ημέρες από την ανάρτηση της παρούσας.

Η αρχική αξιολόγηση θα διεξαχθεί από την αρμόδια επιτροπή του SolidarityNow τηρώντας για την επιλογή νέου προσωπικού την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και τις γενικές αρχές της συνθήκης της ΕΚ και ειδικά την αρχή τήρησης της ίσης μεταχείρισης, της μη διάκρισης, της ισότητας των φύλων, της αξιοκρατίας και της διαφάνειας. Θα καταρτιστεί προσωρινή λίστα βαθμολόγησης και οι επικρατέστεροι υποψήφιοι/ες (short-list) θα κληθούν μέσω ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος σε συνέντευξη (διαδικτυακή όπου δεν είναι εφικτή η δια ζώσης).

Ε. ΑΠΟΤΕΛΕΣΜΑΤΑ

1. Η κατάταξη των υποψηφίων γίνεται κατά φθίνουσα σειρά σε πίνακα, με βάση τη συνολική βαθμολογία που συγκεντρώνουν από τα βαθμολογούμενα κριτήρια.
2. Στην περίπτωση ισοβαθμίας υποψηφίων στην συνολική βαθμολογία προηγείται αυτός/ή που έχει τις περισσότερες μονάδες στο Κριτήριο Συνέντευξη, και αν αυτές συμπίπτουν, αυτός/ή που έχει τις περισσότερες μονάδες στο Κριτήριο Επαγγελματική εμπειρία. Στην περίπτωση που όλα τα κριτήρια συμπίπτουν, η σειρά μεταξύ των ισοβαθμούντων καθορίζεται με δημόσια κλήρωση.
3. Ο τελικός πίνακας κατάταξης βάσει του οποίου θα γίνουν οι σχετικές προσλήψεις τηρείται για λόγους διαφύλαξης προσωπικών δεδομένων στο αρχείο του τμήματος ανθρώπινου δυναμικού του SolidarityNow και ο/η επιτυχών/ούσα θα ενημερωθεί μέσω ηλεκτρονικού μηνύματος με την τυπική διαδικασία προσφοράς εργασίας. Οι υποψήφιοι που δεν επιλέγονται για τη θέση, ενημερώνονται αντίστοιχα.

Σε περίπτωση επιλογής για κάλυψη της θέσης και για την υπογραφή της σχετικής σύμβασης, ο/η επιτυχών/ούσα θα πρέπει να προσκομίσει τα παρακάτω δικαιολογητικά:

1. Φωτοαντίγραφο αποδεικτικού στοιχείου ταυτότητας (για τους/τις Έλληνες/δες πολίτες και τους πολίτες άλλου κράτους μέλους της ΕΕ), ταυτότητα ομογενούς (για τους/τις Έλληνες/ιδες ομογενείς) ή φωτοαντίγραφο της νόμιμης άδειας παραμονής σε ισχύ (για τους αλλοδαπούς τρίτων χωρών (π.χ. ταυτότητα αναγνωρισμένου πρόσφυγα, δελτίου αιτούντος ασύλου), καθώς και λοιπά έντυπα απόδειξης προσωπικών στοιχείων (ΑΦΜ, ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΜΑ, κλπ).
2. Αποδεικτικά της εκπαιδευτικής τους κατάρτισης και των επαγγελματικών τους προσόντων (πτυχία, πιστοποιήσεις κλπ).
3. Βεβαίωση της εργασιακής εμπειρίας.
4. Απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου των τελευταίων τριών (3) μηνών, με το οποίο να αποδεικνύεται ότι ο/η υποψήφιος/α απασχολούμενος/η δεν έχει καταδικαστεί για αδίκημα που τιμωρείται με ποινή φυλάκισης τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους, καθώς και αδικήματα της βαριάς σωματικής βλάβης, αρπαγής ανηλίκου, ακούσιας απαγωγής, προσβολής γενετήσιας αξιοπρέπειας, αποπλάνησης παιδιών, κατάχρησης ανηλίκων σε ασέλγεια, πορνογραφίας ανηλίκων, προσέλκυσης παιδιών για γενετήσιους λόγους, μαστροπείας, εκμετάλλευσης πόρνης, ασέλγειας σε ανήλικο έναντι αμοιβής, και εκβίασης, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 22 του Ν.4375/2016. Το απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου είναι απαραίτητο στοιχείο για την πρόσληψη οποιουδήποτε εργαζομένου και συνεπώς θα πρέπει σε κάθε περίπτωση να κατατεθεί πριν οποιαδήποτε πρόσληψη. Σε περίπτωση μη υποβολής αποσπάσματος ποινικού μητρώου, οποιαδήποτε απόφαση πρόσληψης ακυρώνεται και o φορέας προχωρά στην πρόσληψη του επομένου στη λίστα αξιολόγησης υποψηφίου.

Επισήμανση

Οι τρόποι απόδειξης των παραπάνω κριτηρίων περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στο συνημμένο παράρτημα. Οι προϋποθέσεις όλων των υπαρχόντων, αναφερομένων και υποβαλλομένων προσόντων από τους υποψηφίους θα πρέπει να συντρέχουν κατά τη διάρκεια της αξιολόγησης. Σημειώνεται ότι η ψευδής δήλωση ή απόκρυψη στοιχείων επιφέρει τις εκ του νόμου προβλεπόμενες κυρώσεις.

Τα βιογραφικά και τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα δε διαβιβάζονται σε τρίτους και χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για να διερευνηθεί η προοπτική της μελλοντικής επαγγελματικής συνεργασίας μας. Κάθε επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων πραγματοποιείται σύμφωνα με τις επιταγές του Νόμου 4624/2019 περί προστασίας του ατόμου από την επεξεργασία δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα και του Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2016/679 του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου και κάθε υποψήφιος διατηρεί δικαίωμα ενημέρωσης, πρόσβασης και αντίρρησης, όπως ο ως άνω νόμος ορίζει.

ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ

ΓΕΝΙΚΕΣ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ

Γίνονται δεκτοί οι υποψήφιοι που είναι: α) Έλληνες πολίτες, β) πολίτες των άλλων κρατών – μελών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, υπό τους περιορισμούς του άρθρου 1 παρ. 1 του N.2431/1996 και γ) πολίτες τρίτων χωρών που έχουν δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα και το τεκμηριώνουν επαρκώς.

Για τους υποψηφίους χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια απαιτείται η γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας σε βαθμό επαρκή για την άσκηση των καθηκόντων της οικείας ειδικότητας. Για την απόδειξη της γνώσης της ελληνικής γλώσσας απαιτείται πιστοποιητικό  ελληνομάθειας (ν.2413/96 άρθρο  10  παρ.1) που χορηγείται από το Κέντρο Ελληνικής Γλώσσας:

α) Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου 37, Τ.Κ. 151 80 Αθήνα, τηλ. 210−3443384 και β) Καραμαούνα 1, Πλ. Σκρά, Τ.Κ. 55132 Θεσσαλονίκη.

Η ευθύνη της ορθής υποβολής αίτησης και της προσκόμισης όλων των απαιτούμενων δικαιολογητικών ανήκει αποκλειστικά στον υποψήφιο.

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ

1)         Έγγραφο Πιστοποίησης Προσωπικών Στοιχείων & λοιπά έντυπα πιστοποίησης προσωπικών στοιχείων ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ, ΑΜΑ, κλπ.

Οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν ευκρινές φωτοαντίγραφο των δύο όψεων του ατομικού δελτίου ταυτότητας ή άλλων δημόσιων εγγράφων από τα οποία να προκύπτουν τα στοιχεία της ταυτότητας, όπως σχετική προσωρινή βεβαίωση αστυνομικής αρχής ή τις κρίσιμες σελίδες του διαβατηρίου (δηλ. αυτές στις οποίες αναφέρονται ο αριθμός και τα στοιχεία ταυτότητας του κατόχου) ή τις δύο όψεις της άδειας οδήγησης ή τις κρίσιμες σελίδες του ατομικού βιβλιαρίου υγείας όλων των ασφαλιστικών φορέων. Εάν από τα έγγραφα αυτά δεν προκύπτει η ημερομηνία γέννησης, πρέπει να προσκομισθεί και το πιστοποιητικό ή βεβαίωση γέννησης.

Οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν επίσης αντίγραφα βεβαίωσης ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ, Αριθμό μητρώου ασφαλισμένων.

2)         Έγγραφο Πιστοποίησης Γνώσης Ελληνικής Γλώσσας

(για τους υποψήφιους χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια)

Για τον υποψήφιο χωρίς ελληνική ιθαγένεια, ο οποίος πρέπει να αποδείξει ότι γνωρίζει την ελληνική γλώσσα σε βαθμό επαρκή για την άσκηση των καθηκόντων της επιδιωκόμενης ειδικότητας, Πιστοποιητικό Ελληνομάθειας (ν.2413/1996 άρθρο 10 παρ. 1) που χορηγείται από το Κέντρο Ελληνικής Γλώσσας:

α) Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων Ανδρέα Παπανδρέου 37, Τ.Κ. 151 80 Αθήνα, τηλ. 210−3443384 και β) Καραμαούνα 1, των κατωτέρω επιπέδων:

Γ ΕΠΙΠΕΔΟ ή Β2 ΕΠΙΠΕΔΟ:

Για τις Κατηγορίες Πανεπιστημιακής (Π.Ε.) και Τεχνολογικής Εκπαίδευσης (Τ.Ε.)

Το ανωτέρω Πιστοποιητικό Ελληνομάθειας δεν χρειάζεται να προσκομίζουν οι ομογενείς και αλλογενείς, οι οποίοι παρακολουθούν ή έχουν παρακολουθήσει προγράμματα ή μαθήματα της ελληνικής γλώσσας εντός του οργανωμένου ελληνικού εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Επίσης, αποδεικνύεται με αντίστοιχο πιστοποιητικό του Σχολείου της Ελληνικής Γλώσσας του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης.

3)         Τίτλοι Σπουδών

Όλοι οι υποψήφιοι προσκομίζουν ευκρινές φωτοαντίγραφο Τίτλου Σπουδών στον οποίο να αναγράφεται ο ακριβής βαθμός, η ημερομηνία και το έτος κτήσης του. Σε περίπτωση που ο βαθμός εκφράζεται με αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό ή με ακέραιο αριθμό (είτε πρόκειται για ακέραιο αριθμό που προέκυψε από στρογγυλοποίηση είτε πρόκειται για αμιγώς ακέραιο αριθμό) πρέπει να υποβάλει και βεβαίωση της οικείας σχολής για τον ακριβή αριθμητικό βαθμό, με δύο δεκαδικά ψηφία. Στις περιπτώσεις τίτλων σπουδών τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (Α.Ε.Ι. – Α.Τ.Ε.Ι.) που ο βαθμός προκύπτει μόνο από αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό (κλίμακες «ΑΡΙΣΤΑ», «ΛΙΑΝ ΚΑΛΩΣ» ή «ΚΑΛΩΣ»), εάν ο υποψήφιος δεν δύναται να προσκομίσει βεβαίωση για τον ακριβή αριθμητικό βαθμό, στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο πρέπει να καταχωρηθεί η κατώτερη βαθμολογία που αντιστοιχεί σε κάθε μία αξιολογική κλίμακα, δηλαδή:

«8,50» για «ΑΡΙΣΤΑ», «6,50» για «ΛΙΑΝ ΚΑΛΩΣ» και «5,00» για «ΚΑΛΩΣ». Σε περίπτωση που ο βαθμός δεν προκύπτει ούτε από αξιολογικό χαρακτηρισμό, στο αντίστοιχο πεδίο πρέπει να καταχωρηθεί το ελάχιστο της βαθμολογικής κλίμακας τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, δηλαδή «5,00».

4)         Άδειες Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος ή Άλλες Επαγγελματικές Άδειες, Βεβαιώσεις  – Πιστοποιητικά

Όλοι οι υποψήφιοι που επιλέγουν θέση για την οποία στον ΠΙΝΑΚΑ ΚΑΤΑΝΟΜΗΣ ΘΕΣΕΩΝ ή στον ΠΙΝΑΚΑ ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΤΙΚΩΝ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΩΝ υπάρχει ως υποχρεωτικό προσόν η κατοχή άδειας άσκησης επαγγέλματος ή άλλη επαγγελματική άδεια ή βεβαίωση ή πιστοποιητικό προσκομίζουν αντίστοιχα:

Άδειες Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος ή Βεβαιώσεις ή Άλλες Επαγγελματικές  Άδειες

1)         Άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος (απαιτούμενη κατά περίπτωση) ή

2)         Βεβαίωση εκδιδόμενη από αρμόδια διοικητική αρχή ότι πληροί όλες τις νόμιμες προϋποθέσεις για την άσκηση του αντίστοιχου επαγγέλματος (Ν.3919/2011, όπως ισχύει)

Δικαιολογητικά Απόδειξης Εμπειρίας

Η εμπειρία λαμβάνεται υπόψη εφόσον έχει αποκτηθεί στην ημεδαπή ή αλλοδαπή μετά τη λήψη του βασικού τίτλου σπουδών με τον οποίο ο υποψήφιος μετέχει στη διαγωνιστική διαδικασία και όπου απαιτείται, σύμφωνα με τα προσόντα όπως αυτά ορίζονται.

Ως βαθμολογούμενη εμπειρία θα ληφθεί υπόψη η απασχόληση με σχέση εργασίας ή σύμβαση έργου στο δημόσιο ή τον ιδιωτικό τομέα ή άσκηση επαγγέλματος σε καθήκοντα ή έργα συναφή με το αντικείμενο των προς πλήρωση θέσεων για όλες τις θέσεις.

Τρόπος απόδειξης της εμπειρίας

Τα δικαιολογητικά τα οποία απαιτούνται κατά περίπτωση, για την απόδειξη του είδους και της χρονικής διάρκειας της εμπειρίας, είναι τα εξής:

Για τους μισθωτούς του δημοσίου και ιδιωτικού τομέα:

• Βεβαίωση του οικείου ασφαλιστικού φορέα ή του εργοδότη, από την οποία να προκύπτει η χρονική διάρκεια της ασφάλισης.

Για τους ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες:

• Βεβαίωση του οικείου ασφαλιστικού φορέα, στην οποία να αναγράφεται η χρονική διάρκεια της ασφάλισης
• Μια τουλάχιστον σχετική σύμβαση ή δελτία παροχής υπηρεσιών, που να καλύπτουν ενδεικτικώς η χρονική διάρκεια και το είδος της εμπειρίας.

Αποδεικτικό / -ά Γνώσης Χειρισμού Η/ Υ

Η γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ στα αντικείμενα: α) επεξεργασίας κειμένων, β) υπολογιστικών φύλλων και γ) υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου αποδεικνύεται σύμφωνα με την προσκόμιση αντίστοιχου πτυχίου ή βεβαίωσης.

Τίτλοι Γλωσσομάθειας

Η γλωσσομάθεια αποδεικνύεται με την προσκόμιση αντίστοιχου πτυχίου ή βεβαίωσης.

Το SolidarityNow είναι εργοδότης ίσων ευκαιριών. Τα άτομα με αναπηρία και άτομα που ανήκουν σε ευάλωτες και μειονεκτούσες ομάδες ενθαρρύνονται ιδιαίτερα να υποβάλουν αίτηση.

Οι διαδικασίες πρόσληψης αντικατοπτρίζουν τη δέσμευση του SolidarityNow να διατηρεί τα παιδιά ασφαλή από βλάβες και κακοποίηση. Η πρόσληψη υπόκειται στα πρότυπα παιδικής προστασίας του Οργανισμού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ελέγχων ιστορικού και της τήρησης της πολιτικής του για την προστασία των παιδιών.

Λόγω του επείγοντος χαρακτήρα της πρόσληψης, το SolidarityNow διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ολοκληρώσει τη διαδικασία μόλις εντοπιστεί κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α. Job Overview

The Menstrual Health Facilitator is an integral member of the SolidarityNow project on menstrual health, which targets children aged mainly 9-12, 12-15, parents/guardians, and teachers across Greece. The project’s goals are to promote menstrual health and hygiene awareness and literacy by educating children, adolescents, parents/guardians, and teachers, and by fostering open discussions in schools. This role involves: a) facilitating awareness seminars and workshops within Roma communities to promote menstrual literacy and health, and b) engaging with children, adolescents, and parents/guardians through interactive, experiential learning methods, adapted to the specific cultural and social context of Roma communities.

The role requires availability to travel to different locations across Greece in order to implement awareness seminars and workshops within Roma communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, engaging, and informative awareness seminars to children and teenagers within Roma communities, aiming to increase menstrual literacy and encourage open discussions about menstruation. Ensure the seminars are inclusive, promote gender equity, and address both educational and psychosocial aspects of menstruation, in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Use experiential and interactive learning methodologies to encourage active participation and peer education, empowering menstruating children and adolescents to lead discussions and share their experiences, while respecting community norms and sensitivities.
• Adapt educational content, tools, and methodologies to meet the specific needs, cultural context, and lived realities of Roma communities, as well as the needs of different target groups (children, adolescents, parents/guardians), while maintaining alignment with the project’s overall objectives.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with Roma communities and key community members to organize, schedule, and facilitate the implementation of awareness seminars and workshops.
• Support the distribution of menstrual hygiene products (including sanitary pads) to participants at the end of the seminars, ensuring respectful, organized, and appropriate delivery in line with the project’s objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the awareness seminars and trainings, collecting feedback from participants and community members to inform ongoing project improvements and impact studies, in collaboration with Monitoring & Evaluation staff.
• Provide continuous support and feedback to team members and contribute to high-quality service delivery throughout the project’s implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with other facilitators, project staff, and community stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and the overall success of the project within Roma communities.

Qualifications

• University degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilitating educational seminars, workshops, or group discussions using participatory methods, ideally in health promotion, hygiene, or social education settings with children, adolescents, and adults with Roma populations and/or within Roma communities (including community-based interventions, outreach, awareness-raising activities, cultural mediation, or community facilitation). Familiarity with menstrual health and hygiene or relevant public health projects are considered strong assets.
• Ability to adapt educational materials and methodologies to diverse audiences and contexts, particularly within Roma communities and across different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse groups, navigate sensitive topics, and foster trust and active participation;
• Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required, while knowledge of the Romani language is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and meet timelines effectively.
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, ownership, and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word business software.

The Menstrual Health Facilitator is an integral member of the SolidarityNow project on menstrual health, which targets children aged mainly 9-12, 12-15, parents/guardians, and teachers across Greece. The project’s goals are to promote menstrual health and hygiene awareness and literacy by educating children, adolescents, parents/guardians, and teachers, and by fostering open discussions in schools. This role involves: a) facilitating awareness seminars and workshops in schools to promote menstrual literacy and health, b) engaging with students, teachers, and parents/guardians through interactive, experiential learning methods

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, engaging, and informative awareness seminars to students in primary schools across some of the Regional Units of Central Macedonia: Serres, Pieria, Pella, Imathia, Kilkis, Chalkidiki, with a basis on Serres or Imathia, aiming to increase menstrual literacy and open discussions about menstruation. Ensure the seminars are inclusive, promote gender equity, and address both educational and psychosocial aspects of menstruation.
• Use experiential and interactive learning methodologies to encourage active participation and peer education, empowering menstruating students to lead discussions and share their experiences. Adapt the educational content to meet the specific needs of each target group, school’s context and local concerns, while maintaining alignment with the project’s overall objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational seminars and trainings, collecting feedback from participants to inform ongoing project improvements and impact studies, in collaboration with Monitoring & Evaluation staff.
• Provide continuous support and feedback to team members and ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the project’s implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with other facilitators, project staff, and stakeholders, contributing to the project’s success and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• University degree (preferably Master’s) from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in facilitating educational seminars or workshops, or group discussions, ideally in health promotion or social education settings with children, adolescents and adults, using participatory methods.
• Familiarity with menstrual health and hygiene issues.
• Ability to adapt educational materials to diverse audiences, including students, parents/guardians, and teachers from various socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse groups and ensure active participation from all involved.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deliver them effectively within timelines.
• Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, ownership, and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word business software.
