To SolidarityNow αναζητά έναν έμπειρο δικηγόρο, ο οποίος θα ασχολείται με ένα ευρύ φάσμα νομικών θεμάτων, τα οποία αντιμετωπίζουν άτομα που υφίστανται πολλαπλές διακρίσεις. Ο δικηγόρος θα πρέπει να είναι εξοικειωμένος με το νομικό πλαίσιο της εμπορίας ανθρώπων, ιδίως σε περιπτώσεις μεταναστών, προσφύγων και αιτούντων άσυλο, και να είναι διαθέσιμος για τακτικές τοπικές μετακινήσεις.

Αρμοδιότητες

• Άμεση νομική βοήθεια: παροχή νομικής συμβουλευτικής και υποστήριξης μέσω ατομικών ή ομαδικών συνεδριών σε υπηκόους τρίτων χωρών
• Παραπομπές: χαρτογράφηση των αναγκών, των ελλείψεων και άλλων υπηρεσιών- παραπομπή υποθέσεων σε άλλους φορείς κατά περίπτωση και, παρέχοντας αυστηρή παρακολούθηση, διασφάλιση ότι οι υποθέσεις αυτές προχωρούν προς επίλυση
• Διαχείριση υποθέσεων: επίλυση προβλημάτων μέσω διαμεσολάβησης ή άλλων άτυπων μηχανισμών επίλυσης διαφορών, κατά περίπτωση- παρέμβαση με ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων που ποικίλλουν από την παροχή πληροφοριών έως τη δικαστική εκπροσώπηση
• Δυνατότητα εκπροσώπησης ενώπιον δικαστικών αρχών, εφόσον κριθεί αναγκαίο
• Σύνταξη τακτικών αναφορών
• Συνεργασία με συναδέλφους άλλων κλάδων (διερμηνείς, κοινωνικοί επιστήμονες, ψυχολόγοι) για την καλύτερη υποστήριξη του/της ωφελούμενου/ης
• Τήρηση αρχείων όλων των δραστηριοτήτων

Προσόντα

Απαραίτητα

• Τουλάχιστον τριετής πείρα στην άσκηση του δικηγορικού επαγγέλματος (τουλάχιστον 6 μήνες σε έργο που εξυπηρετεί πληθυσμό προσφύγων και μεταναστών)
• Άδεια εργασίας δικηγόρου
• Άριστη γνώση των ακόλουθων τομέων δικαίου: δίκαιο ασύλου, οικογενειακό και διοικητικό δίκαιο, καθώς και δίκαιο σχετικά με την εμπορία ανθρώπων
• Επιθυμητή η καλή γνώση του διοικητικού και ποινικού δικαίου
• Νομική ανάλυση: ικανότητα εντοπισμού και αντιμετώπισης νομικών ζητημάτων για παροχή συμβουλών και εκπροσώπηση
• Ουσιαστική εμπειρία στη συμβουλευτική και εκπροσώπηση ατόμων με κάποια ευπάθεια σε επαγγελματική ή εθελοντική βάση
• Γνώση θεμάτων ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων/προστασίας, ιδίως ευάλωτων κοινωνικών ομάδων, είναι ιδιαίτερα επιθυμητή
• Επίγνωση και ικανότητα εργασίας με θύματα εμπορίας ανθρώπων και επιζώντες έμφυλης βίας και των ευαισθησιών και των μέτρων εμπιστευτικότητας που συνεπάγεται αυτό
• Ικανότητα προσαρμογής των επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων ανάλογα με την ηλικία του δικαιούχου
• Καλές διαπροσωπικές, ομαδικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
• Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας

• Implement Greek language classes per the refugee population needs
• Expand and build on the existing educational curriculum, targeting and addressing the needs of different age groups of children and teenagers
• Provide homework support for the children who attend formal education
• Oversee distributions of teaching and learning material according to the population’s needs

• Ensure on-going monitoring, tracking and reporting of classes

Qualifications

Job Overview

The post holder is responsible for the successful coordination of ACE Program in the region of Greece under the guidance of the Project Coordinator. Position Summary:

The RSC Facilitator provides educational activities and creative engagement of children beneficiaries of the Integration Learning Centers under the guidance and instructions of the Integration Learning Center Coordinator. The RSC Facilitator must cultivate an atmosphere of respect and appreciation among children and respect the skills and cultural background of each. He/ She should promote fair play, collaboration, and critical thinking. He/She is finally responsible for the supervision of the space in which he/she performs his/her duties during working hours.

Generic responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and child-friendly atmosphere within the Recreational Space for Children.
• Design a variety of games and activities within the Recreational Space catering to the needs of children of different ages, genders, abilities and cultures.
• Ensure that children feel comfortable, safe, and respected.
• Liaise with parents and the community regularly to keep them informed of any developments or problems within the Recreational Space and surrounding areas.
• Screen for and monitor protection needs and gaps in and around the Recreational Space.
• Ensure activities consistent with program guidelines.

Qualifications

Job overview

The ILC Assistant assists the ILC Coordinator and serves as a point of contact for the beneficiaries of the Integration Learning Centers per location. She/he plays an important role in the smooth and effective operation of the day-to-day operations of the Center, supporting in various ways, including communications, scheduling, data entry and secretarial services. The role of the ILC Coordinator Assistant involves a great deal of multitasking. He/She will interact with beneficiaries, staff and visitors in person and via email/ phone.

Responsibilities 

• Provides administrative support in order to ensure the Center’s smooth daily operation.
• Provides information about the Center and the programme to beneficiaries as required
• Meets and greets beneficiaries in a warm and friendly manner.
• Handles communication with beneficiaries, the staff of the ILC and partners.
• Updates and maintains contact lists.
• Undertakes various tasks, such as logistics, administrative and HR in collaboration with the ILC Coordinator and the respective departments.
• Oversees the maintenance & purchases, storage & safety of the premises in collaboration with the ILC Coordinator.
• Develops and maintains effective filing systems, both electronically and hard-copy.
• Undertakes any other tasks requested by the ILC Coordinator.
• Updates the center’ s databases with information on beneficiaries on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Humanities, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, Education and/or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar position, preferably in the NGO/humanitarian and/or Education and/or client-oriented services.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Proven experience of successful administrative support in a fast-paced working environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English. Knowledge of Arabic/Farsi will be highly appreciated.

Job Overview

• At least 1 year of professional experience in educational programs for refugees or rural communities
• Experience in teaching in multicultural environments

The project “INtegration: Through school into community” is implemented in collaboration with the General Secretariat for Vulnerable Citizens and Institutional Protection and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and aims at the integration of refugees and migrants by providing education and access to the labor market services for refugee/migrant adults, children, including unaccompanied minors, youth and their parents. The program is funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area (EEA) 2014-2021, within the GR-G Program entitled “Capacity Building of National Asylum and Migration Management Systems”. Job Overview

The post holders are responsible for the successful implementation of all teaching activities for the target group population. Job Overview

The Project Assistant Officer is a member of the project’s coordination team and serves as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments (Human Resources, Procurement, Finance) and external parties. They handle clerical and administrative duties, analyze and improve office processes and ensure organizational policies are in place. They should be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.

General Administration:

• Provide admin support to ensure compliance with labor law for all sites where SN staff works
• Provide support for special projects, initiatives, and events as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, take minutes, and provide administrative support as required
• Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks and projects
• Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of information
• Manage logistical and administrative aspects of personnel traveling (tickets, planning of cars, accommodation needs etc)
• Participate in field trips and assessments, as requested and directed by the Project Coordinator
• Support on maintaining an asset register at site level, collaborating with relevant departments to manage, track and update inventory levels
• Undertake any other tasks requested by the Project Coordinator when the need arises

Human Resources:

• Implement SN’s internal communication policies and ensure HR reporting for the project
• Find the best options to avoid and/or resolve labor conflicts in the project under the guidance of the HR department
• Update the project’s organizational chart and job descriptions, assisting with preparing annual holiday planning and staff shifts in order to forecast HR needs
• Plan and participate in HR processes such as recruitment, training, briefings, evaluation and development of staff
• Ensure that hiring, contract amendment and termination formalities for project staff are carried out according to internal policies, under the guidance of HR and by preparing and filing all relevant documents
• Train, supervise and assist with the staff management

Finance and Procurement:

• Assist Procurement Department with the orders of the project, from placing purchase requests to ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders
• Monitor and collect receipts, invoices and other relevant documentation related to the expenses of the project and maintain accurate records of the above
• Ensure compliance of expenses with the organization’s policies/guidelines and donor requirements
• Ensure that procurement and finance department’s activities align with the allocated budgets
• Follow up with the Finance Department regarding the reimbursement process of employees
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports, as per donors’ requirements, and prepare any other necessary report and compilations, under the guidance of the Project Coordinator and in collaboration with the Finance Department

Qualifications

Essential

• Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience in administration of programs, and/or finance and/or human resources
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and Greek
• People-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in managing multiple tasks, with a problem-solving attitude
• Cross Cultural Awareness and flexibility

Desired

• Degree in finance, business, management or human resources
• Former experience in NGO project management support function
• Familiar with Refugee and Migration Issues
